4mykids: No, Trying to help us all heal better...physically and emotionally. You don't need to go abroad for that. I've helped someone in similar case they stayed in Nigeria and were cool. The motive is too little for such a move. If you had 3 Million to travel out why not start a convenience store in a different environment and get two baby sitters both to sell and watch over your kids while your sisters maintain oversight |

lielbree: The simple truth is migrating with kids is extremely difficult except you have a LARGE PURSE nothing less than $25k for you and 2kids. This would be for housing, bills groceries etc for about 1year before you fully settle.
If you have that kind of money, why not start a business here in Nigeria? This is the same thing I said o |

Ugosample: I never called you a scammer.
I'm just telling you that making 200 % margins AS A FIRST TIMER in any business is HIGHLY UNLIKELY.
200 % margin when you have learnt the ropes is a possibility
like highly possible but first time?
don't think so
Okay let me ask you
Did YOU make 200 % margin the first time YOU ventured out? Show me where I mentioned first timers must make 200% or if I said me here can give that return. Many Nigerians don't study. Everything has a side of arithmetic to it, to grow the gains, work the maths and then execute accordingly. When people proceed to the field without distinct blueprint and execution plans, they assume randomly pursuing goals would ultimately yield to abundance. Which differentiates us from the whites. If people take accounts of resourcefulness before embarking on projects they can move with clearer insights |

4mykids: My kids are 8 and 6. I was actually married and went through a bitter divorce last year. Before then we had been seperated for some years. My kids came out of this union scarred and are very jumpy whenever anyone yells or seems angry... Thankfully, I was given custody by the court.
I just feel a different environment would help them...help us greatly. Probably help them not look over their shoulders too often.
As I said earlier, they are my motivation for going on so leaving them behind is really out of it for me. Are you trying to keep their fathers away from them to get back at him What's the core motive behind this resettlement |

Ugosample: 200 % as a first timer is pure bollocks.
the best I have done for a first time venture is 50%
most times I do lower
the first time is the learning phase
then once certain things have been stream lined
then the margins increase Wetin person no know go continue to dry senior am. I rest my case as a pure scammer. If I've collected. Money from anyone here make e expose me That you make 50% on a venture doesn't state it as the optimum achievable feat anyone can get. Problem is data analytics. Nigerians don't write down their business so they can't expand on projections, estimations and resources. I live with this, when productivity is otimized it can easily be formed I to a continuous chain reaction. Once again, the scammer |

Cyberknight: You will have to do careful research on the cost of living in your preferred destinations in the developed world to have an idea of whether your finances can sustain you all for a certain amount of time (say 3 to 6 months) without any income and then take your decision.
Hard truth - life abroad (let's use the term "abroad" to mean the developed western countries here) isn't cheap for someone coming from a country with a weak currency. The heating costs for your first winter alone can induce depression. There will be childcare for your children to factor in as well since you are single. No matter how qualified you are and where you were working in Nigeria (if you are employed), do not expect to just arrive and get good employment right off the bat. This is why the Canadian and other immigration schemes require prospective immigrants to show proof of enough funds to sustain them for up to year in the absence of any other income.
Depending on where you are going, and how you get there, you may or may not be eligible for some government assistance (if entering Canada as a permanent resident through Express Entry you have as much entitlement as anyone else, for instance). But you have to balance this out against other harsh realities - sometimes as a new immigrant, what you can afford to pay in rent doesn't get you a very salubrious area, and being encumbered with children limits your choices.
Put differently, for instance, I could live in one room in Hackney or Brixton (Ajegunle) if I were all alone, while I am finding my feet in a new land, but with 2 children to look after, I would rather avoid such areas and their gangs and bad public schools, thus forcing one to move up and pay more.
Hard truth No. 2 - It's easier to hustle if you're alone, you can work many shifts, or hold more than one job, while you settle in and hopefully move on up to better things. With children, you're limited unless your income can cover extended childcare expenditure; not possible at many commonly obtainable income levels.
Hard truth No. 3 - I know several people who relocated alone first then sent for their children and/or spouses later. It's certainly a very common occurrence and one you might have to seriously look at, depending on your finances.
Best of luck. More oil. Aptly put Ibkayee where are you o |

4mykids: Help A Single Mum With Ideas
Hi everyone..as the topic states I need advise help and personal assistance too if possible.
I'm a single mum of two little kids and I really wish to start another phase of my life away from Nigeria. I feel it will greatly help I and my kids move on from the past. I'm not too old to work as I'm in my early 30's. Finance is available though limited to a certain amount.
I would love a situation where I can leave with my kids and not have to come back for them later..somehow, they seem to be my motivation to go on.
With these information, which country do you suggest that will be easy for immigration. What has Nigerian done to you? Are you sure you're not being delusional? Why not start and grow a business here and travel after you've expanded. The grass is greener at the other side does not always work you know. Cultivate your prospects. Its yourself you're waiting for |

ebonyggurl: Oga better park well o @bolded. Who is talking about small misunderstandings here? We are referring to when a man inflicts emotional and physical abuse on his wife. A man that flogs his wife in front of his children. A man who gets his side chick pregnant, parades her in front of his wife and beats her when she quarrels about it. What kind of prayers and counselling will rectify such things. When you have a daughter who finds herself in an abusive marriage, what exactly will you tell her? It seems you want to be unfortunate sha. I park for inside your toto? Beta carry your stibky thrash off my lane. Perhaps you need help with English. If not show me where I support any kind of abuse physical, psychological or emotional. |

ebonyggurl: Reading all your comments on this thread is just making me angry I swear. Are you this deluded? . Think of the children? Yes let's take the kids into consideration right here and now. when you were a child, was your dad abusive to your mom? If your answer is no, then pls stop all this NONSENSE you're saying. My dad was and still is abusive to my mom. Both physically and emotionally. Why is she still in the marriage? Cos of her kids. Do you have any idea how that shiit messes with a child's phyche? . The thing I want most right now is to get my degree, start earning money and get her the fvck out of that toxic marriage. Better go and take malt to cool down. Whoever you saw I. Supportive of abusive relations here. If I tear you hawt slap |

Reference: It goes beyond latching. The problem starts with the way the containers are loaded and the failure to stabilize the contents and secure them properly inside the containers. This mainly occurs after inspection when agents do a rush job in trying to beat demmurage. Pressure will always cause corner cutting. But Nigeria isn't the only countries containers are used |
