I remember looking for what to invest 300k in.

Later, a man, who owns a poultry approached me, asking me to invest it in his business with assurance of 15% in 3 months.

He told me he needed to get feed, get more chicks and expand his cage.

I told him I would start with 50k, and if it goes well, I will keep increasing it in an arithmetic progression until I hit 300k.

In January, I invested the money.

He told me he would pay my capital and interest of 15% after Easter sales.

After Easter sales, he approached me and started begging for more time.

Till today, he is telling me one story or another.

I just like that I am being patient with him because, even though I can forfeit the money, I will not.

I am waiting for the right time to act.

Again, it's difficult getting ONE sane person in the business world of this country.

It's better you left your money in the bank. You wake up every morning and see your account balance and be happen than lose everything in the name of investment.

I think real estate is one of the best ways of investing money.
