Many kids everywhere. This is why the country is stuck in mediocrity. Your marital partner didn't start with the decision of i want to marry, but i need to attain such level/attain such qualities if i must marry this kind of person when i get ready for marriage. My rule stands, if one were serious about marriage one would have been working hard at these things before the time marriage draws closer. Not attaining them isn't the problem, but a lack of drive.
