Having some issues with one of my neighbors in the plaza where my office is located. The grudge is that he has been registering candidates for JAMB for a long time, but then i came along and am packing up all the candidates...."he is hijacking my customers" - is what he told the landlord. I dont know why he is scared of competition. My office is the busiest in the plaza (as confirmed by the landlord) and now i am a big threat to him. What on earth do i do? I really dont want to have issues with anyone around me. But on the other hand, this is money making and i have to make money.

One of the challenges of Entreprenuership is Competition espcially when the two parties involved are located close to each other. To this I will say dont raise your voice rather improve your argument. Your argument here is your marketing strategy. When you give distraction attention, it will direct you to its side.

Like Genesis themes, you can buy a fully designed theme, or purchase the framework and customize your own theme on top of it

For template to use, it's a function of how u want your site to look and feel like. Don't have any particular template to recommend as I use them based on the need. Most templates (usually called themes in Wordpress) work with any plugin, so you don't have compatibility issues.

For domain, I mentioned Namecheap and Godaddy, i use both and their quite good. Why I particularly love Namecheap is that you can resolve almost any issues while chatting with their customer care. They have live chat on their website, and this has really helped. Especially when you have to set up SSL. First time I did it, they had to literally walk me through all the steps and I was up and running in less than an hour.

My boss........as of Themes, how do you get your premium themes if you buy, which payment option do you use. Also, do you design online or offline and later upload to live server.

how does a buyer get a little more details of the book? Like an abstract.
As a colleague in the business, i thought that you restrict the market by using the word 'teens' and it might be the reason for poor sales.
Above all, i think that it'll take time for 'word' to go round about the book and it's generally up to chance. I strive to publish my first book at present and i also expect the latency of sales that you face.

genny2kuk: Seems the latest version of XAMPP has issues installing on Xp, but works fine on Vista & Windows 7. You can get an earlier version from their site.

I like namecheap and godaddy. For a good host that supports wordpress, just make sure the hosting plan comes cPanel. It has the most popular CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Mambo running on it. Installation is at the click of a button.

The best for those who are new is to go for managed wordpress hosting, where wordpress, and if you want, the plugins installed for you. Like I said earlier, I'm working on such a hosting plan.

Yah, i think the latest version doesnt support windows xp. Below is the information i have been getting when ever i try to install it

There has been an error. Php versions 5.5 and later does not support windos xp or windows 2003. You will need to install a different version of xampp that includes version 5.4 or earlier.

As of godaddy, I use them in registering domain names for flipping.
Pls can you explain more on "managed wordpress hosting".
