Yes on the new account just click on withdraw it will take u to a new page click on apply , the please dont feel a new form just look @ your top left hand side , you will a link with ALREADY HAVE PAYONEER CLICK HERE , just click it and input your payoneer details and you are done..

thank you bros for the response, but the fact is that the two accounts is almost the same, same services, same pictures, same description and i have used both accounts to buy from each other, considering fiverr's terms and conditions (one payment account for one fiverr account) should i go ahead with adding the payoneer to my second fiverr account.

You can't use one Payoneer account with two fiverr accounts.

You can use different e-mails that are not registered or linked with any PayPal account on each fiverr account.
All you need to do after receiving the money after which PayPal will tell you to claim the money is to add and
confirm the e-mail on any existing PayPal account.
Once you do that,the money will drop into the paypal account and you can then remove the e-mail from the
PayPal Account.Repeat the process next time and you are good to go.

via PayPal even if you do not have any PayPal account and you will paid naira equivalent into your Nigerian Bank Account without delay or excuse.

@cmega: what we were told by the factory HR manager was that they were going to get in contact with everyone, successful or not.

It's possible that those who haven't been contacted since the AC are probably on a waiting list of a sort as most MNC do or maybe some unforeseen circumstances are the cause why they haven't been contacted yet. As for the test, it's a dragnet pattern, dragnet doesn't inform candidates who passed or didn't. The company only invites the successful ones for the next stage. But the company contacts people of their outcome in that company stage.
