Fortunately, I'm not prompted with the install update message again but unfortunately, the problem now is that it doesn't shut down again, even after entering "shutdown /f /s /t 0" command in command prompt. (I googled this)
Also, I've ensure that the ClearPageFileAtShutdown value is set to zero under registry (I googled this too)

In addition, a friend recommended that I should power on and off the system thrice to enter the diagnostic page and enter "scan /sfc" in command prompt. Unfortunately, I couldn't enter the page but I tapped f8 to enter window recovery page used the command prompt there and enter the sfc command. Got that there's a pending system repair (according to attached image)
However, I got a different message from command prompt from start menu in desktop. It says window resource could not start(according to attached image)

These are just what I've done so far.

1. Open control panel
2. To go system and security then windows update.
3. Click the Update History link.
4. Click the Uninstall Updates link.
The Control Panel’s Installed Updates windows appears. It lists all updates that Windows monitors, which includes Windows updates
5. Choose the update you want to undo.
Kindly pick the must recent update.
6. Click the Uninstall button that appears on the toolbar.
7. Follow the directions provided on the screen.
If prompted to restart Windows, do so.

I left it overnight severally thinking it will complete the update installation
This has prevent it from shutting down normally, I have to force shut down with power button

I notice the "fix problems with window update" option under control panel is stuck too, infact I don't think it connect to the internet because I monitor the upload and download byte, nothing reads. So I can't explore that option
I updated the window security essentials thinking it won't connect to internet, the it updated successfully.

The system shut down normally in safe mode.
I have also disable all startups programs

Please do you hear any noise from the hard drive, before you install the OS check if your hard drive is properly fixed to the hard drive slot.

Since the 1 RAM installed is OK, I have removed the RAM and put it back in place again but the screen is still not coming on

What that means is that you have 2 RAM slot but yours has only 1 RAM installed. so all is well

Thanks a lot. I have seen the RAM. Was able to use YouTube to locate it but something is not right. From what I saw on YouTube there is a RAM in upper and lower compartments. Mine only has the lower compartment RAM and the upper one is empty... Is this right?

Flip your laptop you will see where the RAM is located with the right tools you should open, remove and fix back but if you still cant get it please use google otherwise take it to a technician to help out.

Ok just reload your OS and see how it goes but note if the keyboard that was fixed is still given issue after formatting you will need to replace it.

I used Drivers Easy in updating the drivers but when the the drivers are updated automatically it should stop bringing up those drivers for updating after re-scanning/restarting the drivers.

Kindly remove the RAM and insert back.

hmmm, but can i still get the error message you get during installation of drivers because this might possible be a software issue reloading your OS might be considered since you said you just changed the keyboard recently but first let me see the error message.

The laptop is less than a year pls is your warranty card still Avaliable and valid.

Guys please i need your help with my Hp 15 laptop, i bought this laptop just 8 months ago but some of the system keys just stopped working and the mouse is also affected the right click button doesn't double tap to open folders. I tried external mouse same thing/problem but the mouse worked perfectly on my other system.

Take it to a technician so that he can carry out a proper test the fact that the system is not powering does not mean the motherboard is gone.

Feels good to be back... Your bios should have been updated the first time you got the almighty blue screen with that error.

1. Please make sure your hard drive is in good state.
2. Confirm you dont have any failing RAM.
4. Did the first blue screen error you got happened after installing an application or device driver?
3. There might be a need for you to reprogram your bios.
