check your power option from control panel to see the setting you have pls. and if you have done that and the problem still the same you need to take your laptop to a technician to help you check.

well the thing is they might have the same pin mouth but their power rating is different,not sure if you checked that tho the piano charger would have sent unwanted voltage to your charging port and your mother board too my advise is that you get a technician to help you check.

Hello house!

I have this issue with my Toshiba laptop. I ran out of battery while using it yesterday. When power was restored, I tried charging it and it charged. I just noticed that my new Casio keyboard/piano uses the same pin mouth charger as my laptop, and I tried using it to know if it will charge my laptop (remember I said I ran out of battery using the laptop earlier, and I just plugged it when power was restored, not up to 5 minutes, I tried using the piano charger). Next thing, the laptop went off. I've tried using my laptop charger to charge it and all that but it's not turning on, neither is it showing any sign of charging.

i have tried connecting Usb flash drive via all the ports and work perfectively. Yes all the ports cant see the DvD ROM

check the DVD ROM might be bad, but wait is it all the USB port that cant see the DVD ROM

Am sure the virus is there in your registry, have you tried using eset or kaspersky to scan your system?

Please, good evening house, I copied something from a photo studio, I inserted the flash drive into my system, and I discover I already picked USB shortcut virus that turns everything into shortcut
Any flash or external drive I connect with the system, everything in it automatically becomes virus
I have tried some of the things I saw online like the use of the command prompt amidst other, still the virus (USB virus shortcut) remains there.
BTW, I have used smadav, it will scan it, says it has quarantine it, so and behold if put a new flash or something, all will become shortcut immediately.

system service execption error as related to your complain is due to outdated or wrong bluetooth driver how ever if some of your window files are corrupt or missing this might also lead to the error.

you can roll back your bluetooth driver and check online for updated driver also you can run SFC to check and fix corrupt system file.

Hello engineers, pls what's system service exception error? oftentimes my hp Bluetooth will refuse to see any device or connect to it. sometimes Bluetooth will disappear from the laptop. when it happens the error will appear and the system will restart after which the Bluetooth will work normal.

if you have 2 ram slot change it to the other slot and see what happens.

My hp650 doesn't display when it comes on. I notice the caplocks light blinking while the charging indicator also turns on white light at the same time even when its not plugged. this happens after the pc must have been on for about 5 seconds. I don't think so. i think it's from the speaker b'cos the sound transfers to a loud speaker or my earpiece when connected .I get the sound only when I play music or video both online or from the laptop. I don't hear it while doing other things.

you might need a technician to help check your HDMI port or get a USB to HDMI device, since all other port works fine.

HDD- hard disk drive

right click on your hard drive to go properties then click on tools then click defragment. analyze your drives before you defragment.

First identify the drivers that are missing from your device manager?

Then just get driver pack software or use the online version and install the missing drivers.

sorry for the late reply. 4.00gb ram and 400gig hard drive. 64-bit operating system. HP 250g3 notebook. I didnt upgrade the os though I use to install windows updates regularly until late last yr.

do you hear any funny noise, if you can open the laptop remove the RAM and insert then power up again.

hold your power button down for 30 sec try to power up your laptop without the battery and lets have a feedback.

I left my laptop on for a bit, a Dell, and it went on sleep mode. When I tried to use it again, the screen remained blank, the battery indicator was on, and I couldn't shut it down because everytime I pressed the power key it went off and turned back on almost immediately with only the battery indicator on.

I removed the battery and put it back in, it didn't work

What is the config of your machine also did you upgrade the os recently?

since lan is not missing please just get good internet (modem with lan port) then download driverpack online version this will automatically search and install all missing driver on your system.

also the reason why wifi is missing is because of your missing internet contoller driver.

if you are upgrading from win 8 to 8.1 there are possibilities that all your drivers will be installed as far as you are upgrading during your installing not formatting before installion.

however in event where some of your drivers are not installed like grahics, network controller etc just download the required driver and install.

if your power pack is fine, then your mother board needs to be checked.

After connecting a Dv machine via the Dv port, the system now doesn't start

It starts and stop for some seconds repeatedly.,, the CPU fan will work for some seconds and stop..I have removed the Ram, and on the cpu same thing...I have removed the hard disc,cd rom...tried ram stick by stick same issue

Ok hope you dont hear any funny noise from your hdd, you should use a windows CD to run windows repair to fix any corrupt sector of the OS however if this fails its most likely that your will reinstall windows but bear in mind that if the HDD is damaged you need to replace it.
