Before buying, I always appraise with estibot. Even one of my domains is estimated at $1900 by estibot, yet I haven't seen anybody to buy at $300.

Most of these end users, they have end users/web guys they ask opinion from and they also do their own research b4 they move forward with acquisition that's why in some cases the enduser disappears after agreeing price..
