Asking a buyer to make an offer is a huge turnoff.
You're afraid to set a low price and the buyer is afraid of paying too much.

Best practice is to set a price that you're happy with. Doesn't matter if someone else thinks it's too low or too high. Plus, you're free to adjust the price however you see fit.

If you want to get more technical about pricing, consider the niche of the domain name. Some niches offer goods/services at $100/hr yet the minimum wage in the US is $7.25/hr.

Put that into consideration when setting a price for your domain name.

But whatever you do, never set your domain names to make offer ONLY. You can mix of BIN and Make Offer, though.

We bargain and he offered $900. I accepted and import lead. He accepted offer but didn't make the payment. The he contacted me about their marketing policy.
He agreed to pay the $500 by weekend. I imported lead again and this time, he didn't accept offer. Its been a month now.

No regrets boss. Leave those oyibo people. Sometimes they behave like that. Just ignore him and reach out later. But don't be in a haste to drop the price. Maybe after a while if the name is still available. You can do promo and send fresh outbound for 499.

He might as well still behave like he did if you had accepted his 300$ offer. Who want buy go buy as long as you've agreed to sell at his price.

Sold one like that after offer of 500, I accepted buyer never moved. It was after months, I now did 299 or 399 or so promo. And the man bought immediately. If I had countered some bosses would be telling me why I didn't accept. So no regret jhor

I think you activated 2FA, try to deactivate it. I've used Sav several times. Even sold and pushed few names to Dan. Sav isn't the issues boss, check maybe you're doing something wrong. When it comes to 2FA, every company takes it very seriously even marketplaces

Some people just need to see that domaining is still profitable, so reporting those numbers can still motivate them and vice versa.

Twice I've been refunded only to see that I was beaten to the name by a Nigerian not even Oyibo. Twice I've been beaten by Oyibo so man up and stop branding a site like SH and other top Registrars as scam because you felt they took your name.
