God bless you Happytbaby and all that responded to comfortina's question. As stupid as the question might be to many, it's actually one that has been on my mind for some time now but I didn't ask for fear of insults cos I thought most people here wouldn't be objective in answering. I've always thought there are huge benefits in birthing in the US ,however, my only concern has been whether my children will take advantage of the benefits. For instance, in terms of the educational system, it's only the university education I think my children will benefit cos I don't see my family moving there which is what can make my children go through the entire educational system. In the end, depending on what you want, it's different strokes for different folks. |
Congrats michelleano, please what's your exchange rate if I want to send dollars to folks in Nigeria? |
Nice write up Dane15, maybe this should be officially mailed to the MD. |
Dway4ward, you're spot on. Money is not the most important thing in one's career. Many of us grew up with the mentality of making a positive impact and being the best but unfortunately we've gotten into systems that don't work that way thus we've become frustrated, despite the so-called big salary, because our work environment is not conducive for making impact. NLNG have really proven in no uncertain terms that they are a TRULY NIGERIAN COMPANY. Sometimes I feel angry and saddened when I see the way the management of the so-called big company I work with make decisions, extremely slow would be an understatement. At the end of the day, I'll have to go set up something of my own in order to make as much impact as I want and be satisfied, of which money will come naturally. |
Some numerical questions were just time wasters. |
Hmmm...The date posited is yet to come, it is well. |
Ooooh!!!! Why are you all revealing all these information? You want Buhari to come and slash it abi? |
I still have the pictures my elder brothers and sister took at that fountain at Tinubu square.....e pain me say i no dey der. |
@prelinctus, on what basis did you deduce that the regret mail was sent to less than 5% of the AC candidates and that they probably performed way way below the cut-off? I think it's rather harsh and unfair to state all these except NLNG wrote these in the mail sent to you. We must realize that being successful in a recruitment doesn't necessarily make one better or smarter than others, it's just the grace of God. To those that got the sad mail, you have been released to do exploits and chart the course for the life that you desire. No doubt, you have more advantage to do that than those that got the open-ended mail. |
naastyme:I think it's based on the fact that no one here has come out to say he/she received a regret mail and I think I concur. |
The mail only stated that the recruitment is still ongoing and updates will be sent in due course....whatever that means. @whatsupguys, did you get a regret mail? |
Fhemmmy:Pls can you give me the specs of a 2007 Toyota Camry that can be gotten at 2M. Thanks |
