I was in Novara for few months but I'm back to my city now. I know a house agent in Novara who gives foreigners apartments but you must be a worker who has work contract or student.

Why would anyone want to retire at 40 when life is just beginning? Stopping work at 40 is like taking a step closer the grave. You don't only work for money, you work to keep your brain active and your health bubbling. Inactivity is a killer disease, I don't think you know this.

While some wealthy people in their 80's are still active in their successful companies to keep them upbeat and healthy, a youth wants to run away from work at this early stage. You need to check your mental condition.

This is how many fraudulent able-bodied young folks are claiming unemployment benefits abroad while refusing to take job offers that are available.

Why do you think most sports personalities upon retirement as players go into coaching, sports commentary, sports broadcasting, national sports administration, and even politics? They know how it feels like to wake up every day, eat, drink, sleep and do nothing. My friend, to repeat this process every day when you are not up to 70 or 80 years is equivalent to being dead while breathing. In fact you will feel dead. You won't need anyone to tell you that you are living like a dead person.

It is actually a curse to retire from work at 40. Mind you, it is not the same thing as being very wealthy at 40. These are totally different dreams! One is a curse, while the other is a blessing.

Bros I think he meant doing something less stressful by that age (probably establish something that will be giving him steady income rather than working 9-5 to provide for his family at that age. We have different kinds of retirement) not just doing nothing at all. I stand to be corrected.

Even When you retire in your 40s you can afford to have your PA
handle your phones on all your affairs while you chill in your luxurious home enjoying life and watching your kids grow.

Very possible to retire in ur 40s... That's what I'm aiming for and I'm achieving it... Just be focus and don't allow any mfk to distract you. On God always�

Just a mere visa? Will i be given money to put things in place? Say I was given a British, Canadian or German student visa, where will I start from ? I need at least 6m to put things in perspective. All in all, its a tough choice but I will go for the 8m

Bros can someone stay back and work in Italy after studying a short course? Like Italian language course or Italian cooking course.

It's possible if u can secure a contract job and if the organisation is willing to help/assist you.

About settling down in Italy...

*Pls try learn the Italian language because here only a few understand n speaks English (the language is very important).
*The weather is OK compared to other parts of Europe. Our summer is always very hot.
*Costs of living is cheaper compared to other EU countries.
*For job opportunities, Northern & Central parts of Italy is more favourable and u should expect €800-€3,500 monthly depends on the job. Some jobs are hourly pay while some are fixed., hourly pay varies between €5-12 per hour while most fixed jobs are €800, €1,000, €1,200, €1,500, €1,800 or more if you do extra hours.
*Accommodation is €120-€500 per month for a room, depending on the city u reside and area.
*Most Italian people find it difficult to associate with foreigners maybe because of the language barrier as many of them cannot communicate in English.
*Northern Italians are more friendly and ur chances of getting a job is higher.
*Napoli is the Lagos of Italy very rough and rugged .
*It's more easier to catch an Italian babe if u speak Italiano as many of them are shy or can't speak English.
*Types of jobs that are common: factory jobs, civil engineering (building), restaurants, farming, hotel, caregiver/carer (taking care of old/sick people), translator/interpreter (if u're a linguist), cleaning, security etc... You must speak Italiano fluently before you can work in an office but for those other jobs I listed, is very possible to work if u can communicate a little except the translating job... You can still do some side hustle to make more money if you know your way and move with some few selected people that knows what's up .
*Don't worry about the food as there are African stores in almost every city and you can get Egusi, ogbono, garri, okra, yam etc .
*Making too many useless friends can make you lose focus .
*Italians are smart as some of them can even cheat you if u loose guard, lots of them are mafia
