Why did he remove the money from a bank where it's more safe.

Doesn't he have a family member he trusted to send the money to.

You don't have money for police and you want people to help you track the guy, even if they locate him, is not the same police that will arrest him so they can help facilitate the quick recovery of your money.

My advice is to report the matter to the police, since you said the guy was your friend then you must know one or more of his relatives,you can take some policemen/soldiers over there just so that they will be aware that he's wanted and hopefully they we get in touch with him.because you can't just send just a mere friend such amount of money

i normally spend a lot thats why i hate holding my money myself. I wasn't in good terms with my family members
