its 998k because i sent him 350k first but he has been sending me from this 350k till it remained 188k t then i sent him another 800K making it 998k. As sooN as i sent the 800k, thats why he started complaining his account has been hacked

From the screenshot you gave the person 800k to hold for you. If you don't trust yourself with money next time buy a land, even if it is in your village, with the money and resale when you need it back. You can even get some profit from the resale.

You don't have money for police and you want people to help you track the guy, even if they locate him, is not the same police that will arrest him so they can help facilitate the quick recovery of your money.

My advice is to report the matter to the police, since you said the guy was your friend then you must know one or more of his relatives,you can take some policemen/soldiers over there just so that they will be aware that he's wanted and hopefully they we get in touch with him.because you can't just send just a mere friend such amount of money
