mzilakazi: Is English hard for you to comprehend? You are just the other version of @agaugust. I have said, my binoculars have the property of seeing anything from 2km away and even more. I love binoculars a lot and even when I am on my private I carry them wherever I go. I fail to understand what does your remark concerning mortars aim to achieve because any any temporary military structures or bases should have such places where to take cover during mortar attacks. It should also have trenches and sand bags to take cover during when the military base is under attack. i asked how you spotted the rebels with your binoculars without being a target, you said that you had a "most advance binocular" that could spot the rebels about 2km or more{approx: 3km},away.i then asked how you threw everything you had at the rebels from approx. 3km away?,except your rifles were snipers,i dont see how you could have targeted them effectively. |

mzilakazi: In that case, go and ask your troops who fled to Cameroon twice and Chad respectively, why they couldn't stand hellfire from the militants. perhaps you think that you are speaking to a novice on military affairs, for you to fabricate these glaring lies.what hellfire did boko haram unleash, isnt it the same boko haram terrorists that are now gnashing their bloody teeth in agony as they are been sent off to sugarcandy mountain with our smoking rifles?.boko haram are the ones feeling heat. |

mzilakazi: Nope, we took cover. We are professional and well trained in reinforcing our structures against mortar attacks. Of course, we were wise enough to have bought ourselves most advanced binoculars privately. I can see you clearly from 2km away. you bought yourselves "most advanced binoculars privately"?,dont make me laugh, how did you "throw everything you had" at the rebels effectively from 2km away?,did you use tanks?,how did rebel mortars locate your exact position from 2km away that warranted you "reinforcing your structures against mortar attack"?,except you are telling me that the rebels also had "most advanced binoculars" too!,or are mortars now precision guided? |

andrewza: The seleka rebels where made up of trained battel harned mercs from Chad and Sudan and ex CAR army. The seleka officer who orginised the cease fire was trained by the South African Army. Seleka was all so better armerd than the averge nigerian solder and far more motivated to. In fact on Friday the rebels put in place a perft L ambush, somthing no poorly trained force could pull of. There are a number of posts here showing seleka and how they looked, and they looked better than the Nigerian army. I never shited the goal post SA was outnumberd and outgunned. They then ambushed the SA solders. When the SA solders where ambushed they all so had no more ammo for there 12.7mm MGs or mortas. So it was solders with small arms traveling in soft skin cars hit with crew serves wepaons from all direcstions. now you are saying you didnt have ammo to fight rebels.shifting goalpost again.seleka rebels were untrained conscripts, dont tell lies! |

mzilakazi: At one stage when the battle was high almost thinking that I was gonna lose it out given the load of trucks heading to us fully packed with rebels.I quickly took out my binoculars and immediately studied their armament. I realised in no time they were up for a fight and I prepared my mind for what was about to happen. They threw everything at us from mortars to RPGs indiscriminately without realising their ammunition were about to tell the story. Then, we all looked on with binoculars again and immediately we realised that some were ran out of gas and that's when we started to launch our offensive by throwing everything on them. *smiles*,so many english blunders love, lol.were you the captain of your squad?,you guys stood at fixed point while rebels "threw everything at you"?,what military school trained you?,where were you,for your binoculars to get a clear view of rebels without being targeted?.you tell tales of a police and thief scenario. |

andrewza: I did not say it was heavy. I said they out gunned us. Big diffrence. When ECOMOG whent in to SL they had a Large force. SA had just over 200 fighting the entire selelka force alone. They did go there preaperd to fight. The fact they killed arround 1000 rebels proofs that. The problem was they never enterd a warzone. When SA arrvide the region was peacfull and a large regional milltary force was in the area. When the things heated UP the ANC turned down the request for increasing the force there. This was becaue of purly politcal resoans. SA had 200 soldiers facing against thousand of poorly armed, untrained, kwashiokor infested and inexperienced rebels, yet you were ambushed at a T "junction" and ambushed again at the base axis.why are you shifting goalpost?,earlier you said that your troops were "outmatched","outgunned" and unprepared for a fight, now you are saying they went into CAR prepared to fight.catfish. |

andrewza: Seleka had AKs, PKMs, 12.7mm MGs, 14,5mm MGs, 23mm guns, 30mm MGLs 105mm reciols rifels, mortas and all in far large numbers than SA. SA had 1 companies worth of small arms a compost support commpany with 12.7mm MGs and 81mm Mortas but not enough ammo to fight the battel alone. They then had the SF hornets but they where again limmted with Ammo for the heavy wepaons. All so by limted ammo I mean 12000 12.7mm round 288 107mm rockets and 800 81mm morta bombs. hey andrewza, have you eaten this evening?.their is nothing heavy about all those weapons, any self respecting robbery gang would have all those weapons you mentioned, liberian rebels had much more than those, yet they were crushed by the NA in weeks.why are you justifying the mediocrity of your army by saying "they didnt go to CAR to fight"?,arent soldiers meant to be always prepared?,how can you strutt into a warzone without arming yourself against potential aggression?....the SANDF is a disgrace. |

mzilakazi: Of course, they were heavily armed. Each rebel was armed with AK47s and approximately five-six rounds on the magazine. Some, were rampaging around with much dreaded rebel worthy RPGs.How could rebels or Islamic militants in the world ever possess a fighter jets and missiles?Where on mother earth will they acquire pilots to fly them since most of them are just pathetic and reckless school dropouts. With what skill will they utilise to operate missiles and more complex weapons? more nonsense falling from your already red battered anus.so brandishing half-clogged AK47s equals being heavily armed?,you arent even ashamed to admit that the rebels only had about 5-6 rounds of cheap iron bullets that can be blocked with a plastic spoon?,i didnt say that the rebels had jets,i only asked whether they flew jets when you claimed they were "heavily armed".for your information, boko haram has ground-to-air anti aircraft missiles.terrorist can be trained to wield heavy weapons.try again. |

mzilakazi: Despite all that,we still managed to hold on to our stance and defeat Seleka at their own turf to the level of raising the white flag in attempt to negotiate for a cease fire. Seleka were heavily armed as a group but individually that was not the case. Most of them ran out of ammunition prematurely and started to scream for their mothers as the heat was activated on their side. They were falling like grapes on the vine that experienced a sudden shock. You could hear their screams just miles away as rockets were falling on them like rain (a fog for that matter). It was really sad. more nonsense falling from your smooth black zulu a$ss.what "heavy arms" did seleka possess?,did they possess jet, missiles, tanks, atillery?,what type of assault rifles did they use?,what type of bullets did they use?,did they use armour piecer bullets?....and you come here bragging of defeating a pancake rebel group!,even the police would take one look at seleka rebels, and fall down laughing. |

mzilakazi: I stand to correct you.Our mission in CAR was not peacekeeping in nature. It was there to transfer necessary military skills and to establish a professional and well trained force in CAR.There were no any necessity to carry heavy weapons since France were already legally entrusted to carry out such duties.France were not cooperating with us at all and seemingly jealously was striking them hard. They were not in support of Bozize and were wondering how could the President ever offer such a contract of training his troops to SA.They secretly supported Djotodia and his forces. how can any organized and disciplined military go into a warzone without arming themselves against threats?,how can your government send troops into a warzone without means to protect themselves?,did you expect CAR government troops who couldnt protect themselves from a ragtag rebel group to protect you?,did you expect france to protect you?,france be damned, you guys made a big military blunder in CAR. |

(ii) your troops went into a warzone without any strategy or planning,as they were easily ambushed,"outnumbered" and "outgunned" (iii) seleka rebels who have neither training nor experience overpowered you (iv) seleka had no;tanks, rocket launchers, missiles, etc yet they "outgunned" you (b) that the SANDF is involved in securing rhinos shows thats its a threat to national security (c) cuba had no trained and experienced army,so they had no "best" to send to angola, they only sent recruits |
