1. Be tolerant, do not go about complaining about this or that.Do not be the nagging type.

2. To the single ladies, do not go around sleeping with your caretaker in ur flat or any of your
neighbour's husbands.Make sure you do not bring into ur flat different male friends or else
u'll not only be an object of gossip or reprissal attack, you will quickly loose respect and
every man in the neighbourhood will be after ur pants if you are fine girl.
If u no fine, then.....You can even be a victim of area molestation (not the one u think
but verbal.)

3. Do not hang around idle with ur neighbours.If u have nothing to do at home, take a stroll
or go to church.

4. DON'T LET YOUR NEIGHBOURS KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.This is important or else you may
be a victim of compound gangup and periodic case study or subject of gossip.You can include this also, never
share SECRETS with anyone of them no matter how close you are.

5. Be nice but do it sensibly, do not over do it.Lest these creeps take advantage of you.

6. NEVER enter ur neighbours flats at will or on impulse. So that they will not reciprocate.If u keep to ur flat no
one will come knocking on ur door ealy Saturday morning for yeye chat or say I wan watch film or programme.
Be modest and mind ur business.

7. Make sure you have money & u're working or else u no go get voice for ya compound.

ManiCypher: First Pregnant Man Gives Birth To A Baby Girl In Argentina (photos)

Last Wednesday, December 18, the first baby to be born to transgender parents in Argentina was delivered via C-section in the province of Entre Ríos. The proud parents are 26-year-old Alexis Taborda and 28-year-old Karen Bruselario. Alexis was born a woman, but lives as a man and Karen was born a man, but lives as a woman. Because of Argentina's Gender Identity Law passed in May of 2012, the couple have both been able to legally change their genders without gender reassignment surgery, which meant that when they got pregnant via natural means, it was the man, Alexis, who carried the baby. So what about the baby?

Well, the baby was due on December 22 via scheduled C-section, but couldn't wait. Alexis started having contractions the weekend before the scheduled birth, and the baby was born "early" weighing 9.37 pounds (that's a big baby) at Hospital Fermín Salaberry in Victoriain. The couple named their baby girl Génesis Evangelina.

Richiez: The management of The University Of Abuja (Uniabuja) has released an official statement signed by the school’s registrar Mallam M.B Modibbo, directing its students to resume academic activities on sunday, the 1st of December, 2013.

Speaking with a top management staff this morning (name witheld), Academics Nigeria gathered that the publication of the statement came as a follow up of the directive of The Federal Government (represented by Pro-Chancellors) that all Federal Universities should re-open for continuation of academic activities.

Academics Nigeria has also received calls from students who re-affirmed that the date of resumption has been aired out both on radio stations and television stations.

However, one is not certain that academic activities will continue as usual as calls to the University’s ASUU chairman Dr. Clement Chup to react to the directive was not answered.
During an interview with political platform(A progrramme organized by Ray Power) this morning, Dr. Clement Chup said that ASUU did not close down federal universities and so will not be responsible for re-opening them.

Most lecturers in the university who spoke to Academics Nigeria said that although it is their wish to return back to the classrooms, they will not do so until all issues between them (ASUU) and the Federal Government has been resolved.

Meanwhile students of the university can seize this opporturnity to continue their course registration and screening exercises.

Saturday 21st December, 2013 – Christmas Break (2 weeks)
