Honey
Sugar
Lemon
Almond oil/olive oil/balm

Preparation

Step One
Take a teaspoon of sugar into a clean bowl and add half teaspoon of honey, stir the mixture together. you can either use a soft tooth brush or your finger to apply the mix to you lip, scrub thoroughly and gently for around 2-5 minutes; wash with clean water and clean it up with a towel. For me when am asked this question, I ask one simple and honest question. How much do you have available? This is because I would not want to give you a budget then you go start looking for a loan. I will ask you that and then ask you how much you will have left after the wedding because am sure we all know there is marriage after wedding.
In all honesty if you want a flamboyant wedding, you can get it, if you want a small wedding, you can get it. Your wedding can be planned within your budget and still be perfect (provided your budget is not ridiculously low).
You just have to focus on the important things and work with your budget instead of letting your budget work on you.

1. Pick a date off-peak season: The first step to cutting down your budget is having your wedding during off-peak periods. The most expensive time to have your wedding is during Christmas, new-year and festive periods in general.
During these periods, vendors are usually in high-demand hence making their charges high as well. Also, if you are in Nigeria, you would know that cost of food, drinks and things generally triple during Christmas period.
To cut down on your budget, pick an off-peak period such as feb-march, may-October.
FYI- Number of guests to be fed will be reduced as well due to availability.

2.
