I contacted this guy with this phone 08123390473 as he claimee to be buying and selling PayPal, I requested to pay for $10 so that he can send it to my Paypal account.

We agreed on #700 per $1 which is #7000, I sent it to him and he switched off his phone and never responded to my chat or Whatsapp call which is still going.
