People who don't have PVC should avoid this thread, we don't need noise makers but real voters. Guys try and be Obident, remember the popular saying that when a child is crying and pointing a particular place is either the mother is there or the father. Most of us are pointing in one direction not because we know Peter Obi in person or because we have received anything from him. He no dey give shi-shi but try for once go to facebook and listen to this man. We might be wrong but trust me he is the only one who can give facts and figures without looking into any written pepper which shows that his brain is still good and works properly. Please we can make things happen in 2023 that the world and those who don't believe will be asking how and why. Those who believe that bribe is enough to do the job will call those people in charge of the distribution of rooted funds to ask if they really shared the money accordingly because the effect of the money will not be noticed. The INEC will be surprised to announce the figures that they can't explain to those that paid them to favour them. Please it's about our future and not about where Obi came from or his religion but with him we believe that Nigeria Will be better. One love to you all |
From Enugu but resides in Delta (Peter Obi) and this will be my first vote since I was born |
Igbo:You should ask yourself why? Because the wave is really too much that even Peter Obi's running mate are now afraid and sees him as the biggest threat, this movement is one of it's kind. For those who said that Peter Obi will not win a single state, ensure that you screenshot your post and save it well because you will be shocked |
Pakute:The door is open go and very, Peter Obi and Obiano who EFCC carry after their Tenure, that will tell you who is the real thief |
mascot87:sorryooo what is eating you up, take it easy dear |
Cyberterror:It seems you are not listening to news recently |
Viraltrends123:Screenshot this your post and keep it safe, you will be needing it later |
casualobserver:that is why they don't have anything free from Government, time to change the game, that one vote that OBi will get is surly from me |
*A MOVEMENT IS MORE THAN A CAMPAIGN AND IT IS PHENOMENAL* *Peter Obi is not running a campaign. He is leading a movement*. *These are the differences in case we don't know*. 1. *Campaigns end as soon as the results of elections are announced. Movements continue thereafter*. 2. *Campaigns are driven by politicians while movements are driven by the people*. 4. *Campaigns are driven by interest while movements are driven by convictions* 4. *In Campaigns people follow a politician selfishly because they believe he/ she will win but in movements, the people follow selflessly because they believe the people will win*. 5. *In campaigns ,people follow a person while in a movement people follow ideology*. 6 *In campaigns politicians tell the people what they will do but in a movement the people know what the person they are following will do*. 7. *In a campaign, people who cast their vote believe they are doing a politician a favour but in a movement they know they are doing themselves a favour*. 8. *In a campaign, politicians build structures but in a movement the people build the structure and infact, everyone is a structure* 9. *In campaigns we rely on politicians to convince us to get involved,we have people with apathy but in a movement people find motivation from within. Everyone is bold*. 10. *Campaigns come with a plan from day one but Movements don't. They are spontaneous. They build momentum that becomes the plan*. 11. *Campaigns are like T.V ads ,politicians pay to get people in but a movement is like a premiership match, the people pay to get in at their own expenses*. 12. *In a campaign people who oppose you or make a caricature of your campaign are usually confident but in a movement, people who oppose you or make caricature of the movement are scared of it*. *Get ready. A movement is underway*. |
Impregnable101:I am in the same vehicle with you, this will be my first time of voting, IPOB should Pipe low and allow us to try our luck |
The next election will be interesting |
inoki247:Your point is noted, I only want the best for my self and the Nigerians, it doesn't matter who wins. However, it's not good to start digging grave when someone has not died yet. When we reach to the bridge we will surely cross it. The first stage is to reach to the bridge. |
inoki247:my brother, A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step |
SarkinYarki:make it possible or allow those who believe to follow their beliefs |
Hello my fellow Nigerians, I want to use this opportunity to share my thought about Peter Obi and his ambition of becoming the Nigerian president. I have never been interested in politics until now. In fact I have never participated in any election but not again, I believe that I am part of our problems today for not joining others to cast my vote, it was wrong in own part. The choice of Peter Obi leaving PDP for LP I have been following every single thread about Peter Obi in Nairaland, Facebook and Twitter. I always check people's opinions and views. Many believed that he left PDP because he knew that the outcome will not be in his favour. Well, I don't see anything wrong moving where he will be recognized and appreciated, yes you may think that he won't have any chance joining an unpopular party but lets ask ourselves some questions. For how long are we going to depend on party politics we vote for people based on their party not about what they can actually offer, totally wrong. How can we be doing the same thing over and over and expect different results. Can't we try something different, yes Peter Obi might not be your candidate which is okey but let vote in a way that our conscience will not judge us. Nigerians, we can't continue like this, the decision we take today will either positively or negatively affect our generation, it's okay if you vote for anyone you choose to vote for, it's your right but think we need to do things differently this time around. Peter Obi is not for Igbos I don't know Peter Obi and I know he doesn't know me too, I only saw him on Tv just like most of us but honestly he might not be the saviour that Nigerians are looking for but there are something special about him. I came to know about Peter Obi when the video of his visit to Mbaka Adoration ministry at Enugu surfaced. I didn't choose to vote for him because he is an Igbo I choose to vote for him because I have listened and watched all the videos about him. As the say talk is cheap but remember even those who doesn't talk and has been ruling Nigerians for decades without any improvement are not in anyway better. Please Nigerians, Peter Obi is not for Igbos and will never divide Nigeria, off course he will not even have the power to do such, I am begging the Nigerian youths, this is not about where you came from or about your religious beliefs we are only looking for a way to change the game to benefits the rich and poor. It's only Peter Obi that can statistically explain everything about other countries economy and how they generate income without looking into any pepper. I don't need to remind you how educated he is and has gone to different countries all over the world. Ask him how he intend to tackle the challenges we are facing today in Nigeria and you will get a perfect answer. Yes, we might be wrong thinking that Peter Obi is our savior but at the same time we might be right as well. You need to listen and watch this man's videos on Facebook to understand his kind of person. Talk is cheap but remember from the abondance of our heart the mouth speaketh. Labour Party doesn't have structure and money In Nigeria people pay to get vote and then collect back their money when they become the president leaving the poor Nigerians to suffer, is that what we want? Become that structure today and reject being bought with little change that can only help you to suffer for more 8 years. Finally, feel free to vote for who ever you choose to vote for but I am begging the Nigerian youths to join the movement of Peter Obi because we have seen something different and special about him. With him cost of governance will be reduced, he is education and connected which means he can attract foreign investors in Nigeria which as well means more employments for the youths. Nigeria can be better again and we need to get it right. It's no longer about party or ethnicity but about whom we see fits to take this country to the next level. Listen * PO can never win, but INEC and who ever they are working for are doing anything possible to stop the massive registration of PVC. What are they afraid of? If we can have POS machine in every corner of our house why can't we have PVC registration machine as well. I thought that getting more people involved in the Nigerian politics is a good development but it seems not, they want to keep things the way it used to be, reject it and join the movement. * PO can never win and yet 80% of politicians now channel their effort to pull him down before things get out of hand. What are they afraid of? Join this Peter Obi movement and make Nigeria better again. Thanks and good bless Nairaland and Nigerians. |
What church do you attend the prophet is really in charge of your life |
Juanmike:funny you I am voting for Peter Obi |
Juanmike:funny you |
Juanmike:What you wish me will be your portion, I am too busy to add more words |
Juanmike:someone that is campaigning for Tinubu is the person you want to make awareness for Peter Obi |
benuejosh:Vote for who ever that pleases you but allow us who believe that Peter Obi is the man to waste our vote in Peace. thank you! I will be at peace voting for the right person irrespective of the outcome of the election. Don't educate us okay if you want to continue suffering in the hand of APC and PDP do that but stop telling us how Peter Obi will never win. Let us worry about that while you worry about Tinubu |
Niorte:Nairaland have grown that when you post and don't get more likes then it means your post is nonsense. Cutting down the cost of governance to invest in other important things is now saving cost, paying all the workers and pensioners their salary accordingly is not about saving cost. I really don't understand how you people think, you can vote to whoever that pleases but stand on the truth, 2023 is no longer Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa/Fulani, it's about trying something different and expect to achieve something different. It time for youth to take back their country. |
SARSCoV2:Don't worry we are ready to waste our vote, since you are smart enough to participate and make your vote useful by voting for the person that you believe that stand the chance, I can say that you contributed to the condition of Nigeria today since you decide to vote for the person whom you think that stand the chance to win the election and not the person that can change the country for Good. Allow us that believes in Peter Obi to waste our vote in Peace. Thanks and God bless you |
nenyewrites:At least we have got someone who cares for the youth and ready to listen to them, that's a starting point, he doesn't do business with politics, he is already super rich without noise on his own, his intention is to change the game for a better tomorrow |
tillaman:Don't think, go for him, I am already there and even calling all my friends to go and get their PVC to enable us shock Nigerians who believe in Impossibility. I even promised some of my friends to get their PVC at my own expenses (2k for their stress) that's the little I can do for my country |
nenyewrites:I disagree with you, he is a man of diginity and never made his money from politics. When he become the Governor of Anambra state, he didn't choose to be the governor but he was choosen by Anambra people even before the election when he is not even interested in politics. |
Zico5:Don't worry, you can cast your vote for anyone that pleases you, I am ready to waste my vote and I will be happy doing so. It is better to lose doing the right thing than to win doing the wrong thing |
Haynnie: |
Tk4all:I can't wait to waste that my vote to the person I believe that can take Nigeria to her promised land, I will have peace when I do the right thing and loses than doing the wrong thing to win. You want him to spread money like others who will eventually collect their money back when they are elected Instead of doing the work they are elected to do. Honestly I am ready to waste my vote for Peter Obi while I wait for the results. |
olinxy:save this your post somewhere and recheck after the election sir! |
so funny.
