I would also have the invaluable opportunity to be mentored by Professor X and Professor Xy who has written so many articles about marketing strategies.
I also got an internship to work with him,

You should have just used your Uncle's account like that. Now, you'd raise extra scrutiny. VOs frown at lump sum payments made in bank accounts. They already assumed that after the interview you'd return the money back to the owner. In which in this case, they'll be right.

Nope, my account already has some money in it and the payment was over two weeks, he didn't pay it in once

Hello Everyone, I'm the guy who got banned for misrepresentation because the people In Nigeria that I paid money to help me Pay for my visa application charged the money back, now I got immigration lawyers (8000) CAD to help me and we ve commenced the review.

Hello everyone, please I didn't want to use my uncles statement of account for the I 20, the money was transferred to my account and I ve printed the statement, please how long can it stay in my account before I send it back to him ? Can I still use it for the interview after sending it back to him, for some reasons, he didn't want me to get his Usa account statement

I only used an agent to pay because I couldn’t as I was making the payment from China

Hello everyone. So I’m the guy that applied from
China but couldn’t pay for the visa application fee because I don’t have a Nigerian card with me, I had to give money to an agent in Nigeria to pay for the visa application fee. Then later I got an email saying there was a charge back on the fee and the agent quickly gave me another receipt and said sorry without explaining what happened. Then 3 weeks later I got a Refusal email with 5 year ban. I was worried and I requested for my notes. And it turned out that this same person canceled the payment again. Hence the denial and ban.

Please my brothers and sisters.
How do I lift off this ban?

You will still need to submit statement of account even if you get funding. There are other fees you’ll need to pay that your funding doesn’t cover. Also, funding are also tied to you maintaining a certain GPA. Feeding, Housing, Clothing, Book etc are not covered in GA/RA/TA.

And I get that bro. What I’m saying is rushing now to get the statement of account won’t it make the school feel i have money ? I’m just saying won’t it be wise to wait till after they’ve decided on the scholarship before sending in the statement

I want to change my program to cyber Security (STEM).
The school offers cyber Security as well.
Can I apply for cyber security in the school? Or pick another school?

UG - Bsc Criminology and Security.
Professional certificate : Criminal Investigations, Digital Forensics and Intelligence.
I will specialize in cyber forensics ( recovering evidence to support a criminal investigation).

Is it possible to change to cyber security after getting visa?

Can I change program while in the US after I got my visa approved?
Or can I start the application for cyber security before my appointment date?

Hello everyone. So I had to meet my agent to come and explain what I’m seeing here and it turned out that the agent said he gave someone money who gave another person in Canada the money to pay for my application. Now the person
In Canada called the bank after the payment to cancel all transactions on his card. And the money was collected back from
IRCC, in the procedural letter they sent me they asked why I charged back the money and I told them it bounced back. And I told
The agent to make the payment again.

I’m confused at people’s negligence and unseriousness.

Please what can I do at this point ? Help!!!

If you are very sure that you're fault-free and a PFL letter didn't drop in your email (spam)
or GcKey account before now, then you're right, this is an error.

You should immediately point it out through a strong-worded letter to the office responsible for handling your application whilst requesting your notes.

This is the PFL letter I got from IRC and I made the payment again and I submitted the receipt and they said received with thanks. I’m just confused right now . Please what do I do ?

Guy, I am in the same boat as you. I applied first week of February and I am still waiting. I would just advise you to take your mind off it. Get busy with work, learning a skill or trading online or something. If you just wait and keep on checking your portal everyday the anxiety can kill you. There is nothing you can do to speed the process up to the best of my knowledge.
