No cheap hotel within that IOM center. Just go to Allen Avenue, opebi, salvation road or u better go to ogba. Na this areas u go see good 10k hotel.. Just book lag ride or bolt to IOM on ya appointment day.. Highest na 2k u go pay for taxi but if u know road, from ikeja under bridge, u enter bus (200 naira) to leventis bus stop then cross road and enter IOM or u enter (400 naira) bus direct to IOM gate from same ikeja under bridge..
