solastic74: By that reasoning a wife whose kidnapper/armed robber husband brings goodies home should be happy the husband is contributing to the economy of the home. We should start encouraging stealing as an Industry in Nigeria because it's contributing to the economy.
We've lost our values, the stealing leaders did not drop from heaven, they're a reflection of what our society has become. There are different categories of crime. U can't compare what this boys are doing to kidnapping. If the government was sane. The activities of these boys can be turned into productive enterprise. This is an army if IT professionals that a government can harness for the benefit of our economy. Do you have any idea how much it cist to run just one computer course. The people stealing our resources and EFCC is turning a blind eye to are the major problem of thus country. If those are the top do the right thing ,the followership will emulate and vice versa. I have been driving my car without horn in Lagos for the past 2 months. My horn broke and I refused to fix it. Passengers riding in my car barely notices and I get to my destinations safely and on time too.
I hate when people use their horns unnecessarily, I don't hoot for for pedestrians or bikers.
Though its frustrating at times without a horn, but its an habit I want to inculcate and I hope others can as well |

cuteemperor: I'm tempted to say you are mad.... But I won't.
However, permit me to say that you are one of the major problems of this country.
So in your twisted reasoning, the EFCC should leave the so called big thieves that are presently ruining this country while they leave the smaller thieves to thrive so that they can also ruin the future of the country later.
Imagine a 17years old boy that already join the 'get-rich-quick' bandwagon, what do you think would happen when such a person someday become the chairman of a local government, governor, senator or even president.
More so, a good percentage of this so called Yahoo boys are either ritualists, armed robbers, burglars, cultist etc. Hiding under the cover of internet fraud to perpetuate many horrible crimes, because internet from has somehow become acceptable in our society.
Whether it's a thieving politician or the so called yahoo boys, a thief is a thief and people like you really need to stop making excuses for criminals.... You can call me mad for saying the truth. You are an apostle of selective justice. We are all living witnesses to the wanton rape of our resources by those in authority. You can't leave those ones as sacred cows and go after boys who have little or no option to survive due to the pillaging of resources meant for our collective development. The corruption of these boys isnt the root cause of our problems but leadership. Don't even let me start with the contribution of these guys to our economy or do u think its govt money alone that has been sustaining Nigeria |

Monsur1: RALLY! RALLY! RALLY!
To all driver partners.
The Coalition of e-Hailing stakeholders, a body comprising of group Admins and leaders amongst the driver partner community will be having a rally at the TAXIFY office on MONDAY the 5th of FEBRUARY 2018, by 10am.
This has become necessary to create enlightenment to all driver partners on the continued degrading treatment of driver partners by TAXIFY.
Our rights are being trampled on every day.
Each time we complain, TAXIFY totally disregards our contributions.
Various driver partners have written to TAXIFY on the various issues in the past and recently.
1⃣Rider verification 2⃣Destinatination pre notification. 3⃣Indiscrimante blocking and suspension 4⃣Dissapering bonuses 5⃣Unguaranteed Cash trip payments 6⃣Rider assault and robbery. 7⃣Irregular App activity. 8⃣Threat from staffers of TAXIFY. 9⃣Non indemnity on work related activities. Malignant, discriminatory and vindictive accusation and judgment of driver partners.
And so much more.
On all of these issues, TAXIFY has continued to turn a deaf ear.
Now is the time to stand up for our right.
TAXIFY once again claims to want to hold a roundtable event with driver partners.
Of the over 7000 drivers registered to their platform. They created reservation opportunities for only 350 persons.
This is none other than the height of deception, discrimination and a carefully orchestrated plan to divert the present narrative on driver security and improved working conditions.
They need to hear from us all, our inputs in this business can not continue to be disregarded.
We are requesting our own roundtable and will all go together to submit our agenda.
Be a part of this movement.
#TogetherWeShallAchive
Kindly communicate with you group leaders or admin for more info. I have stopped using taxify for close to 4 months now just because of the way they operate. No security Unguaranteed cash trips Very inefficient support Poor customer service Scam taxify cover |

dru23: Well well well... folds arms... when I said my own people were saying I was crazy. When I said that in these business you need to build your own team to manage your cars. Please and please am not saying people shouldn't not give their cars to fleet company. Am just of the opinion that too many cars under a fleet company will result to or likely results to lack of good customer services. When a person manages too many cars, your cars will be least of their worries. People am not saying Ogunvic41 is bad person or am trying to mess up his business. He needs to work on his customers service skills. He has very very bad customers skills. In business the motto is customers are always right. Hope he makes changes and am I trying to bring him down NO . Will I ever give my cars to her fleet company NO. I want to build my own company and team. The day all these fleets return the cars to the owner. What are going to do. People you need to sit down and stragetise. This Uber is a good business and you need to be hands on. Are there any good fleet companies out there. Yes of coz why not. But for me and for the long haul . I want to have my own in house people and my own team working for me specifically and not working for 20 other car owner. I want to do these business for the long haul. Very apt observation sir, fleet management is not as easy as people think it is considering the socio economic parameters we have in our country. Guys really need to sit up as it is to stay aflaot. I have seen many fleet managers with albeit good intentions fail at the end of the day. You need the right amount of resources, right manpower, right equipments, right attitude and most importantly right drivers. We are always to quick to believe since I have driven on uber I can manage others or for others.... Bros non be beans o..drivers will kill u and auto technicians will will bury u. One really needs to be hands on and be well grounded in logistics, maintenance, operations ,finance, management and plenty madness. |

I was once cheated by his friend, rather than say the truth, he came to defend him by saying he is honest and hardworking guy, claiming I was blackmailing the guy online, when i bring out more proof, none of them refuse to talk about the matter.
I repeat, ogunvic41 has a questionable character. Partners be warned! I am not supporting @ogunvic. But we can still do better on this matter. Even big companies mess up to. Its not proper to denigrate somebody else's person or business especially if u are not directly involved in this matter. What some of us have displayed here is typical hate and nothing more. I don't see how these hate comments have helped in alleviating this matter but rather making it worse. U may hate someone or what he does but u don't have to brazenly show ur intentions of wanting to destroy. Every startup business has its teething challenges and I think ogunvic and co have grown faster than they should. Pls let's all show restraint and @ogunvic should please do the needful. |

suyamasta: Yes na but d driver messed up too! My conclusion is that the driver was not out to rape or kidnap her as she alleged also she is not a ritualist as the driver alleged! 1. The driver said he is not doing again but she stubbornly refused to get down 2. Driver was tired and just wanted to go home 3. Passenger was scared and quite rude 4. Passenger could not deal with the wait for a new driver to arrive 5. Both driver and rider were scared and suspicious of each other!
*** Driver should have parked car at the point of request not taking her to his place of residence, driver should not have locked the doors! *** Rider should have dropped at the point of cancellation or requested the driver not to not start trip if he is not interested in the trip! Exactly what I was saying, u don't move from pick up location if she wasn't telling u her destination or better still don't go to pick if they can't tell u where they are going.the guy buy correct market |
