puskin: Now.....Launch the ADB on your PC.

Remove and re-insert your battery into your phone.
Boot into your bootloader(Power + volume down......hold both of them.....don't let go till you see the fastboot menu on your phone screen)......select the FASTBOOT mode.
Connect your fone to your system.

If you have done that....it still doesn't work......consider changing your IP.

HTCdev is the only surest way to unlock your bootloader without issues unless you want to go through the S-OFF route. That route is damn too complicated.

It is not like that I make used of the Google too but all handS pointed to htcdev.com but all am getting from them even with my registration is (Login Error) all I need now is the bootloader I have the other file ready WITH ME.

malikalhaj: U really like bin spoon fed bah Just go to http://forum.xda-developers.com search for ur phone, click on android development, u should see a thread there that is a sticky it should be named "index blah blah blah blah" . . . Click on it, u will see list of everything u need for ur phone (rom, tutorials, toolbox)

Now, there are so many links to different RUUs in there.....and I cannot categorically tell you which to download because I do not know where your phone is from(Europe or Asia), or whether it is branded(Vodafone, etc). You gotta figure this one out yourself or you provide MORE detail.

Too bad you ain't ROOTED, rooting eliminates all this hassles.
