One payment has been made the other has not.
But I did not get the transcript for the one payment that was made.

Directing to them is to capture the traffic with a beautiful landing page showing "for sale". You can list and decide not to point to any market ( use your own landing page) but listing on a site like undeveloped without their landing page is useless. Undeveloped for now don't really have traffic for internal queries. Their landing page is the selling point.
So, I will advise you list on major markets and use undeveloped landing page and not vice versa

just visit his site and you will see why he makes those figures because they are highly priced and when end users visit them directly, they are greeted with solid figures and convincing sales pitches for why it is a "great" buy... it is just marketing at work bro.. nothing else.

I found out that your domain name was registered at namesilo, use namesilo's for sale landing page, put a BIN price and do outbounding once again. There are many end-users of your domain. Contact the company again with a brief note that you've decided to lower your price to $499 and it's first come first serve as you're equally contacting other companies too. Gove them the link of your domain to confirm it's availability for immediate purchase if they are still interested.
