I included my child in the application. I had the child earlier before getting married (not to the child's mother). As such, I was never married to her. They saw the mother's name on the birth certificate and noted that the name is different from that of my spouse and no divorce certificate was included in the application. Since, we were never married, there is no how I will include a divorce certificate. What do you suggest?

And there was no LOE when you were submitting the application?

I included LOE when submitting the application that I am not married to the child's mother and the child was in her custody which denied me the opportunity of getting her Int'l passport (reason why her birth certificate was included) and why she will be unaccompany. But I guess the officer in charge is still assuming we were formerly married.

You did well. If you can get the child's passport, go get it. If they call you for an interview, go say what it is. No fear! No marriage, No divorce paper.

Did u consider the fact that the person might not be on the country or his job does not give him the chance of going there by himself before making such statement

I have successfully made the payment but I am seeing two requests for transcript.
One payment has been made the other has not.
But I did not get the transcript for the one payment that was made.
What do I do sir

well,the reason is cos it takes 6 months to a year and by then ,time is going,what if one does not get picked before your IELTS expires,I will have to re write.but it's ok,I will have to consider it.tha k you soooo much.
