jackomagnus:How long did you lease this farmland? And do you still intend to plant maize again. Seems the year is almost gone. I would have suggested you start small like say 2 plots and perfect everything before going big as much as a hectare cos you have so many stuffs draining your finances. I like your zeal tho. |

cheapland:Have you explain to their cows where to graze and where not to graze? |
funvickky26:Can you state clearly what happened between you two? |
Long overdue. Useless coach |
What is your plan concerning Fulani herdsmen? |
Damilola72:I am a single male. I am in need of a roommate. If interested contact me on 07030595988 |
khoyejo:Use that money to do something better with your life than this stupidity you are getting involved with. |
generalorot:He is in Europe. Check link I posted earlier http://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/footballers-net-worth-how-much-do-ronaldo-messi-neymar-earn/qz0262wyw1511sdj60pbq06l7 |
Ogun state farmland is too cost joor. Just that it's relatively free of herdsmen. |
I believe we have all accepted that Nigeria is gone down the drain and probably irredeemable. |
Neymar became the most expensive footballer in history when PSG forked out €222m for his services in 2017 and, as you would expect, his salary matches his price tag.http://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/footballers-net-worth-how-much-do-ronaldo-messi-neymar-earn/qz0262wyw1511sdj60pbq06l7 |
Can it be rented? For new farmers who don't have much funds. |
Vizzy4u:He didn't run away. His salary was poor compared to Messi(600k). Just around 300k euros/week. I think Mbappe earns higher sef. Now, Juventus offered him around 550k, why wouldn't he go for it? |
ozoebuka1:Neymar is the highest paid footballer in Europe, at least. Over 800k euros per week while Messi is around 600. |
Keep talking crap. Do you know the buyout clause for Messi? 800 million. |
sefani:It might be increased in height. The barbed wire has sharp twist that can tear skin if scaled. Then again if the area is notorious for theives, a nearby vigilante group with guns might be contracted to ward off thieves, likely towards harvesttime when thefts occur frequently. If the cost can be managed, I like this solution more than Jatropha trees cos it prevents both cattle and unauthorized persons entering the farmland. |
What is the length of a bundle and how much is it? |
I love this. just wire with sticks and few trees to hold it against winds. Looks like it will be low cost.

EMMAACHILE:https://www.nairaland.com/2605165/fulani-bororo-wahala#38089434 @OP Where is your farm located? |
Just wish there was a thread of the various fencing types and their cost implications. As an intending farmer, the thought of cattle eating up my months of sweat scares the heck outta me. We should look into 1. Brick/concrete fencing 2. Jatropha/Moringa fencing 3. Barbed wire fencing 4. Electric fencing 5. Stone/rock fencing I am just reading somewhere that Jatropha fencing isn't very effective. Seems some cattle bypass it. |
EMMAACHILE:A Google photo search should give idea of the name. I will search too later. But what is the cost of a perimeter planting of Jatropha around one hectare? Both seeds and manual labour on average? |
EMMAACHILE:Honestly, I do not seem to buy this idea of jatropha fencing. How do u prevent damage to crops by cattle while the Jatropha grows? And what is the cost of planting Jatropha round one hectare of farmland? I've been researching what is currently used in First World countries but no right answers yet. From my own thinking, getting rocks to surround the farmland looks better but don't know the cost implications. These Fulani herdsmen are a scourge to agropreneurs. |
Grabbing a seat... You didn't buy a buck. Do you have where to mate them if they are in heat? |
soberdrunk:What they do is organ harvesting. They sell people's organs for money. He probably sold her kidney or other important organ to nefarious groups. |
