The fruit looks like it's a Cucurbit, but Cucurbits don't have such a leaf style.
Can you cut the fruit tranversely so we can see the arrangement of the seeds inside?
If you can know any other plants that looks like it, then it can be traced within that family.
P.S. Deep down, my guess is that it's a useless plant. |

The farming season is over till next year when the rains come. |

jidestroud: Unprecedented update
An unusual update from my garden
Got out with my lovely buddie (Rubbie the cat) to inspect the garden. Suddenly, I saw Rubbie trying to drag something into the house only for me to realize it was a snake she just killed. Sharp sharp, I collect from her and straight into the garden I went to make use it.
Why not use it to grow something? I asked myself. There you have it. Instantly, I went ahead to bring out my Red Bell Pepper ready to be grown in the field. Whao! What can we call this? Snake pepper? |

Agriculture › Re: Please Help, How Can I Raise An Orphan Baby Goat by excanny: 11:47am On Aug 30, 2018 |
greygoblings: A baby goat will not eat grass yet. the predominant food for now is milk. Fortunately, goats are herbivorous and milk for herbivores are easy to come by. Firstly you have to get a feeding bottle. the feeding bottle should have small teats that are somewhat similar to the mothers teats. then you can get fresh cow milk or goat milk if you can get where to buy it from. I have used cow bell in the past with fairly good results but I warn you not to use any other milk like peak, ..... or other sweetened milk. If you do, the baby goat will surely die of diarrhea (If you notice extremely watery poo that stains the body of the goat, stop the formula immediately). Trust me, I learnt the hard way. Same reasons you cannot give that to a human baby. You will have to feed it at least 6 times in a day. As she grows older, this will reduce. The goat will become imprinted (see you as one of it's kind) to you. Finally, if you observe baby goats with their mothers, you will notice that they lie quite close (bodies touching each other) during sleeping time, this is because of bodily warmth. Please keep the baby goat in a warm place. Has anyone tried raw egg yolk with the milk? Cos the natural colostrum consists of milk and a very high protein mix. I don't know how you guys maneuver this soyabeans stuff cos I think it contains too much carb that a kid goat might not be able to digest. |

Yyeske: Let us call a spade what it is, eziokwu bu ndu(truth is life). Igbos participated in making Nigeria what it is today.
Azikiwe rejected referendum and secession to be inserted into our constitution.
Nzeogwu and his colleagues led a one sided coup.
Ironsi created a unitary government and made the centre stronger than the regions, he didn't execute the coup plotters as expected in the military.
Ojukwu declared Biafra knowing fully well it's a declaration of war against Nigeria, no adequate preparation, weapon or foreign backup. That a pogrom was going on against Ndigbo in the north and Gowon desecrating the Aburi accord shouldn't had made him declare Biafra in a hurry without foreign backup and equipment, the US today would always go into a war with allies, we never had any.
Nnamdi Kanu brought his own madness into the mix by calling for the killing of Yorubas and Hausas, causing more friction between tribes. Granted, so for over 52 years of your ruling, you are still unable to undo whatever 'damage' you claim Ndigbo did back in 1966? Lol. You admit you failed. |

jidestroud: This definitely is my next line of action. Seriously considering this option with next project at hand. But one issue is in terms of proper aeration. Will the plant's roots get enough space to breathe and grow in an untilled land? Will it be OK for a fruiting/flowering plant and bad for a tuber plant that need to expand more in the soil? Cos to be frank, land preparation can be quite capital intensive and not budget friendly for new guns with low finance to "run big things". |

lonikit: thank you sir/ma. but the problem now is I can't get all these u listed. pls can't it be gotten tru milk or how can I get the colostrum aside looking for cow Artificial colostrum The following artificial mixture can be used as a substitute for the first day's feeding if natural colostrum is not available (or is available for only one feed): 600 ml of fresh cows' milk (condensed milk, appropriately diluted, can be used instead of fresh cows' milk) One beaten egg yolk One dessertspoon of glucose or lactose (if unavailable, use sugar) One very small teaspoon (3 ml) of cod liver oil (or castor oil) Mix (shake) well and divide the mixture into four equal feeds for the first day's feeding. Divide it into six equal feeds instead of four if the kid is small or weak. |
Agriculture › Re: Please Help, How Can I Raise An Orphan Baby Goat by excanny: 7:36am On Aug 22, 2018 |
Hope it's still alive?
Your orphaned kid need to be fed colostrum, a disease-fighting substance it gets from its mother's milk to prevent stomach infection in first few weeks of life.
Look around for another female goat that has kid it is nursing to see if it will allow ur orphaned kid to suck.
If she refuses, see if u can capture her and press her milk into a feeding bottle to feed your orphaned kid.
Alternatively, look for a cow from the fulanis to get fresh cow milk and feed ur kid. |

The vow at the church mean nothing.
But if she has a marriage certificate, she must first file for divorce at the court, before your friend can marry her. |
