As expected. That sham of a result fabricated by APC and Ganduje cannot stand. Next time, rig with brain. Bloody nuisance of a returning officer. Why can't you do that in the last election, but intend to do that here.
APC think they are smart.

For inec to be fair, this re-run held was marred with violence in some many part of the LG were rerun was held. Therefore, the initial election conducted weeks back was affected with just a single LG, then INEC should produce the secondary copy and do the needful.

PDP members with interest in Kano re-run elections, calm down and watch. Let them rig with all the options they have. We have Plan B in check and will be unleashed when this senseless APC riggers are done.

After the DIG has followed the script to allow disruption at the first instance. Anyway, PDP keep calm, the tribunal will declare the re-run null and void.

Re-run that will be canceled in totality at the tribunal. APC wasting their time.

Not true and stop misleading people. At the Supreme court, the CJN verdict on any issue is final, nothing like majority carries the day. It takes only God to undo the judgement.

Did you read the article or you were just eager to comment. The OP did rightly pointed out that THE CHAIRMAN OF THE TRIBUNAL disagreed with the judgement of the other two judges. It means it is a dissenting judgement,and the judgement of the other judges will take precedence...

Filed an appeal after close of the day at the court on Friday? Even if it was filed, it doesn't mean automatic stay of judgment. APC and the affected Governor needs to move for a stay of execution of the Judgment which can only be carried out by Monday.

Op, to make your article clear to those that are confused and to those who wish to learn, where a judgment is been delivered and there are 3 judges like in this Osun case, where two judges are of the same view and one is against it, the majority carries the vote so the chairman view doesn't change anything.

Even if it's at the Supreme Court, and the Chief Justice is dissenting and two others are agreeing, those agreeing carries the day.


That's why some uninformed people are thinking that for the so called Acting CJN Buhari sworn in illegally will help Buhari during judgment, if other judges dissent from declaring Buhari winner and the So called Acting CJN upheld the judgment during Atiku vs Buhari appeal, nothing the Acting CJN can do, majority carries the day. Mind you I'm neither pro APC or Pro PDP in national level.

Heads to appeal and filed appeal on Friday same day judgment was passed? Na magic? We will hear him out on Monday if a stay of judgment is granted in his favour, but for now he's not recognized by law as a governor. That his government is illegitimate.

Oyetola will remain as the governor because the appeal will be filed on Monday morning, and once a case is in Court, status quo has to be maintained...hope I have answered your question?

Can you hear yourself, so what happens to Saturday and Sunday before Monday? How will he remain Governor since he's not recognized by law as the Governor of the state? Status quo can only be maintained after appeal has filed. But as of now since no appeal filed and no stay of execution order yet, Adeleke is the Governor elect.
