healthserve:How would I go about it? |
As the subject reads.. I am in love with two guys. The 1st: A 23yrs old finalist in a university. We've dated for 2years.. He is wonderful I must say. But I feel he may not be ready for marriage in the nearest future though he said he wants to settle down with me at the right time. The 2nd: A 37yr old. Working, ready for marriage..Met him few months ago and I'm beginning to like him. He has an 11yrs old boy. His wife cheated and they broke up (according to him) And me: A 23yrs old. COE graduate. Has side hustles... I don't know if I should wait for my bf or get serious with someone that is ready for marriage before I grow old waiting... I need help please... #modified |

[quote author=christejames post=85893200]Really, you want to compare both? of course, UNN is way better in terms of tuition and all other things listed above. UNN has its main campus in a plodding urban area compared to UNIZIK that is in a capital city. And UNN is strict when it comes to selling of handouts because the school abhors that, she can only recommend necessary text books for you that you should have IF YOU CAN AFFORD. #followNPFL You've been helpful. |
Ok.. I'll graduate from a college of education soon. Talking from experience, a college of education runs for 3years and awards NCE upon successful completion. COE serves as eye opener I must say + it helps you become vast in two teaching subjects.. Also, you ll receive lectures from education, French and English. Sometimes your total course may be up to 16 or more per semester. Buh the bad thing about it is for me, I feel it is time consuming because you'll end up securing a university degree after 6-7years compared to the normal 4years university program.. If you are still young , go for it otherwise, go for a Degree straight up.. Either ways, success in your endeavors. Feel free to ask more questions |
Still available

[quote author=GraGra247 post=85420622]There's no magic. It'll require a lot of hardwork and discipline. That's why a lot of people fail to carry through. You need at least 3 to 6 months to see good results. It equally took twice that time for the problem to arise. 1. Disciple yourself to eat only 1000 calories of food per day. 2. Go to YouTube and search for tummy flattening exercises. Do the above for 3 months and continue till you're satisfied with the results. Nothing else works except for expensive tummy tuck proceedures. Just try and prove me a liar. Thank you so much for the detailed information. I'll surely do my best to improve. |
[quote author=kudumopol post=85421453]There is no quick method of losing belly fat. It takes determination and patience to shed off belly fat as it could take up to 2-3 months before you start noticing positive changes if you follow these ethics i will mention below. First of all, what causes body fat? A simple answer is when the energy intake is greater than the energy you burn the excess will be stored as fat which will be deposited either at the buttocks or the stomach region. These energy foods include; starchy foods, carbonated drinks, soda, excessive consumption alcohol e.t.c. In addition, some factors like stress, depression, poor eating habits, lack of good sleep e.t.c can also be attributed to belly fat gain. Important things you must do to burn belly fat: 1. Eat healthy foods in right quantities, go for green foods and nuts regularly, drink moderate amount of water all the time to speed up digestion, avoid late night heavy meals, make sure you eat any solid food 2-3 hours before bed time. (Your body is programmed to hibernate and reduce energy consumption when you sleep and this in turn hinders proper digestion), avoid drinks with too much sugar 2. Regular Exercise. ( Jumping jacks (you burn lots of energy doing this and i strongly recommend you do 100x a day for just two weeks you will notice sharp result, i've tried this and it works), mountain climbing, crunches, planks, push ups, Skipping, jugging and sprinting. 3. Research has proven that hanging around fat people who have bad eating habits will make you gain weight 4. Avoid body slimming drugs you see on display, they do more harm than good to your body. Key words: Regular exercise and healthy diets. Please don't mind my poor writing skill. I hope this helps? Thank you. I should be the one thanking you.. I have defaulted in somethings but, I'll work on those areas. I appreciate you. |
