To be sure about Igbo hypocrisy ask them no why 99% of them did not vote MKO Abiola knowing well that he is beta than Tofa in every aspect and listen to foolish senseless excuses from all angles.
gaffmanor: It’s crazy they all support the only Ibo candidate but call Yoruba tribalist for supporting the Yoruba candidate. Make it make sense.
Tinubu at least has the transformation of Lagos and gradual revival of Ogun to show if he’s competent or not. Obi on the other hand was a colossal failure as a governor and was high ranking official in GEJ’s government which was also a colossal failure. The only constant thing with Obi is colossal failure like all his businesses.
If you’re Yoruba, don’t let Ibos hoodwink you with their hypocritical manipulation. Obi has nothing to offer and voting Tinubu doesn’t make you tribalistic. Obi must be rejected in the SW because he will destroy the small progress we have made and turn the region into the failure in Iboland.
Fair assessment alright I expect OP to include Pandora details n the fact that Lagos state commissioner of police Marvel Akpoyibo caught Peter Obi looting 250 million monthly from Anambra to his warehouse in Lagos.
You can slander him but Bola Tinubu investment in Econet is not next to nothing. It is Peter obi investment in brewery that is next to nothing. Nigerians vote wisely don't go n vote a former governor
1. Who can not pay WAEC fee 2. Increased tuition by over 300% 3. Watch doctor n lecturer go on year long strike 4. Was caught red handed looting 250 million naira to his warehouse. 5. Looted to build himself malls in Abuja n PH 6. Looted million of dollars into his daughter Gabrielle Pandora account. 7. Turn Anambra into a Killin den where citizen are beheaded every Monday Dora Akuyuli's husband head comes to mind.
I wisely chose to vote Bola Ahmed Tinubu so he can bring transformation he engineered in Lagos to the Federal. Make Peter Obi no bring all the rubbish in Anambra to the Federal.
Tomorrow is Election Day. If you are voting go ahead and cast your vote. But my advice is leave sentiments at home when going to cast your vote.
Vote the best man for the job. Another 4/8 years of bad leadership na all of us go feel am not only a section of the country. The way all Nigerians felt the effects of buhari’s leadership.
Let’s not bite our nose to spite our face. If Nigeria is great and working na all of us go enjoy am. Including our children and children’s children who would have a better country to inherit and live in.
If many Igbo admitted what you explained in your comment early in the race maybe just maybe I would have considered Peter Obi but they rather expose their hate that Tinubu will be a worse president than Buhari how can any living soul claim Tinubu will be a worse president to Buhari with his antecedent in Econony Education Internal Generated Revenue Security Civil Service Waste Management Transportation Investment drive Housing etc
The list is endless and you have to be hate filled PDP supporters and Igbo for you to rate Tinubu achievement in governance poorly. Like I said if Tinubu does not clinch it Obi should have it it is Atiku that must never ever get it no matter what. I rather rapture happen than Atiku become president after Buhari 8 years.
brain54: I would not have wasted time to vote/support a younger tinubu…
The man is a visionary achiever. A good leader and an outstanding performer in government. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. His track records are there. He also has his bad sides as a human who is never perfect.
No doubt he would have been the most qualified to lead this country due to his antecedents 10 years ago.
But this is 2023 and health issues and age are huge huddles that I doubt tinubu will be able to stand the rigors as president. Presidency no be beans and we need someone as fit as a fiddle and the most alert mentally. Tinubu hasn’t shown he is still mentally and physically capable enough as seen in some of his campaign mishaps.
Even buhari and el Rufia have admitted the toll it took on them and how they would have performed much better in governance if they were much younger.
Obi had an average performance as governor of Anambra. Nothing spectacularly great. But he brings something different from what the other front line candidates are bringing to the table. Which is genuine change and a different approach from how things have been done in the past. Let’s try a new template. See how it works for us as a people.
In local parlance we say I get am before no be property. Tinubu as outstanding a leader he was years ago ain’t the same tinubu of today.
May brother na so one criminal governor loot 250 million monthly for 8 years was later caught by Lagos commissioner of police Marvel Akpoyibo but till this day they refuse to prosecute him. E come be like say looting is now legalized in Nigeria
ReubenE: Democracy has a long way to grow into maturity in Nigeria.
The confusion and identity politics in our party system is mind-boggling.
In another news, my concern is a governor admitted publicly to sitting over a murder case file and people were clapping for him
Mumu na today Muslim Muslim ticket win election for Nigeria. MKO no win with Muslim Muslim ticket even winning Kano but can not win Igbo state of Imo Enugu Abia.
Make hate no kee you foolish people
kettykin: If Muslim Muslim ticket is forced or rigged into the system, only God will determine how things go, it is not baseless comments without facts
Tell us what Osibanjo contribute to the airport ? Dapo Abiodun alone built this airport from scratch with support from no living soul but himself. I am not from Ogun state, I am from Lagos Ikorodu to be precise but I attended Ogun poly staff pry school, Abeokuta grammar school then went to OOU so tell us what Osibanjo contributed.
Segzy19: Shame on you.. Ignoramus! Ode oponu Oloshi ayirada
Wail to death, he no use your Igbo papa money place the bey buy of course I know you Egyptian from Mars n not Igbo.
KosiGee: If I was a student of University of Portharcourt, I’d be calling for him to be investigated and also for his resignation.
Someone in his position should not be promoting gambling/betting. If actually someone would take him up on that, he wouldn’t be gambling with his own money. He would be playing with money belonging to his fellow students.
Same FG that couldn't fix Ikorodu road Oworosoki the two most important road is the one doing barbeach road .lol. Are you Igbo or you are just foolish.
Progressiveby: For the record sake, that road is a federal road and everything done there is by federal government. The renovation and reconstruction was carried out last year 2022
ogododo: Anoda lie. Na when dem dey construct de Road when bar beach dey overflow. My office no far from MRS filling station near police barrack around NTA. Galleria, where STV dey na bad road during Tinubu's time. Na FG just do de last picture wey de Road good with loan.
This is simply your delusion but you have a right to it. I am christian n am voting Bola Ahmed Tinubu
.
FatherOfJesus: Well, looking at it from my own personal view, I think many Yoruba christians are weary of Tinubu.
The family that received me when I first came to Lagos are Yorubas, members of redeem, I meet their son during NYSC in port Harcourt, I usually take him to my family in Enugu (we took care of him a lot), so they welcomed me well. They are all Obidient.
I have 3 neighbors who are all Yorubas, one is a Muslim who works for Lagos state government, one is a christian working for a private firm and the last one is a christian that has his private business. We discuss politics a lot. The two Christian Yoruba are supporting Peter Obi, The Muslim guy is supporting Tinubu.
The man that helps me fill my gas, a yoruba Muslim, he supports Tinubu.
My boss at work, a yoruba christian, supports Obi.
From my own point of view, it's more likely for a yoruba christian to support Obi than a yoruba Muslim. I engage people a lot in politics, I don't shy away from it. While I have seen many Yoruba christians supporting Tinubu, I have seen more Yoruba christians supporting Obi. I have only met one Yoruba Muslims that support Obi (the guy is not a very serious Muslim though).
FatherOfJesus: See, I work with data. I am also realistic.
I'm not saying that he will definitely win, but it's a 50/50 scenario according to what data suggests. Even if Tinubu wins, the margin will be extremely slim.
This election is going to be the freest and fairest in the history of Nigeria
Seun mydd44 n other NL mods this is a good example for people to watch so they can chose wisely n not chose based on tribal sentiment sweet talk n hatred.
Same Igbo that was shouting Biafra or death few hours ago
Dikaveli: Igbos just want a country that works. We don't vote based on tribalism, we voted OBJ, Yaradua, GEJ and even Atiku because they were the best among the contestants, now that we have chosen the best who happens to be an Igbo man like us, they are calling us tribalists, but the truth is everyone knows that Peter Obi is the best and that is why....
I tot igbos own all the houses how come you are still renting at the same time ?
Urchinpainer: I can boldly tell you that's the problem we have with other tribes. They say we are arrogant and proud. If I don't love myself na you go love them?
The funny part is that anywhere you go, they will still prefer to rent their property to the Igbo man they hate because he will pay better and consistently. I served with a Yoruba boy who told me that all their tenants are Igbos except for one.
10% is a small price for increasing IGR by over 300%.
Was Peter Obi that looted 250 million monthly from Anambra coffers when caught my Lagos state commissioner of police Marvel Akpoyibo able to increase IGR by just 2%.
HIGHESTPOPORI: You mean so that he would be taking 10% of Nigeria IGR like Lagos?
