What you wrote seems like half truths.
Ngige refused to honour the so-called standing order. That is why they went after him. I remember that the then President Obasanjo was on TV, and was asked about the crisis in Anambra State then. He said that Ngige should fulfill the agreement he had with the Ubas.

The Ubas made Ngige Governor on those conditions you listed. But after swearing in, he made a U-turn in order to save Anambra State. God will continue to bless him for his patriotic and brave action.
