How long does it take?

Stop using Grey if you don't want to hear stories that touch. For over a month now, they refused to refund the monies of their users. People are still complaining of withheld monies even with their new bank account numbers. Don't fall a victim!

Did they promise a manual refund? Didn't get the message. I have been waiting for a failed withdrawal for nearly 10 days. They have not replied to my email, SAV claims the payment went through.

Yes, they did through their app's customer support and twitter. You should dm them on twitter with your confirmation receipt. I haven't found anyone who has received the refund. That's why I came here to ask. So I'll know if I should be patient and keep hoping or just count my losses, move on and never use them again.
