The sperm count is on the low side, but still within the normal range.

Sperm motility, or sperm quality, is slightly low. Normally, it should be from 50% and above.

Sperm morphology, or the physical appearance of the sperms, is normal.

There was no significant evidence of infection affecting the semen

The result is neither here nor there. While it is not too bad, he should adopt practices and lifestyle consciously aimed at improving his sperm health.

@exegesis my sis don't cry too much cos you are not alone in this. So many of us has a lot of things in their basket but they are reducing when other mamas in this forum contribute towards its remedy. Stay positive and be prayerful cos our miracle is very near.

@exegesis, pls cry no more I beg of you because that is what the devil want from you. If some of us have to show you our medical report, you will wipe your tears but all the same God is faithful. When He comes around for you, neither cysts nor fibroids can stop him from doing wonders in your life. You .will be amazed by the testimonies of some of our mamas that got their bfp if you've read through the previous pages, so please encourage yourself. Thank God your husband is by your side, what if he's mounting pressure on you, what would you have done.
I will advise you to see your Gynae and also follow up on some advices of our sabi mamas. It is well with your soul, above all keep telling God about it.

@exegesis let your mind be at rest and stop worrying, a cyst in one ovary will not stop you from conceiving if you ovulate regularly except for the yeast infection, am also having a complex cyst in my left ovary,what I will advice is for you to stay off food that will make the cyst grow further,like all carbohydrates, fat,sugar,red meat,milk etc,take lots of vegetables, fruits, lot of water and exercise, beans,sweet potato, whole wheat meal and white meat should be the only you take for now,and follow it with regular scan to see if its no more growing. always take alligator pepper Abd ginger every morning and stop after AF and continue after O if no bfp,apple cider and black strap molasses should also be taken along with serrapeptase and DIM plus.By the special grace of Allah the cyst will shrink and disappear.note try to stay away from those food listed as they will make the cyst to be growing and not go away in time.The use of castor oil is also advised.feel free to ask me any question as i am also on it,we shall be free from it by His grace.

@exegesis: dnt knw much abt d cyst. Has ur doc seen ur report? Abt d yeast, use d most sensitive drug from d test u did n wear only cotton pants den spread in d sun after washing. Also DH must be treated alongside wit u to avoid re-infection. Other mamas will respond.

@ Exegesis:- What is the size of the complex ovarian cyst? Go and see your doctor to treat the yeast infection. Do not worry yourself about the yeast infection, it is more common than you think. Most women have had yeast infection at one point or the other in their lives.

It says that your womb is normal, meaning that they did not find any fibroids or other problems of a womb.

They saw a cyst of about 5.1cm in the left side of the pelvis. Some cysts are normal, and resolve on their own after a few cycles, but the description of this suggests that it is abnormal.

Cysts can affect fertility adversely when they are very large, but more commonly when they produce a type or an amount of hormone they are not supposed to produce, thereby inhibiting ovulation.

You should discuss with your doctor to know the impact of this cyst on your ttc status. And you also need a hormone assay.

The HVS showed some yeast cells cultured. If you do not have any symptoms of yeast infection -typically whitish, curdy vaginal discharge, associated with vulval itching - you may ignore the HVS report. If you have the symptom(s), please treat for yeast infection.

gud evening evrybody. I've bin a guest on dis thread. couldn't login to my account. had to open a new one. I was diagnosed of left complex ovarian cyst yesterday and yeast infection. pls wat do I do? It depressed me but I'm just trying to hold on. pls how do I cure the cyst and yeast infection? Tanx.Hml legendsmother

yes i just got my bfp and used 3seeds of guifei bao. My doctor also placed me on clomid 50mg cycle day 3-7 ,metformin 500mg bd day 3-7 then i started using vitamin b6 after ovulation. Did pt test twice today and it was positive... thanks to you all, i learnt a lot here,gracias
