Your item might still be into customs oooo ; just have mine released yesterday after 13days with the customs ,
So check ni post site or call one of their customer care representative .... but I'm sure you will get it

But then I haven’t even seen any sign that it’s with customs, I’m scared it may have been lost.

I have my package destined to owerri so missing in the air after departing Lagos on 20th December 2018. No information with Nipost , every information can only found with USPS . I went to the post office in owerri today, they said my letter is yet to get them. It is clearly a registered mail.

What other ways can I get to find where my mail is at the moment

Please did you later get yours, I’m having the same issue... just that I live in Lagos. I attached a photo of the latest event. It’s not like it’s a any sort of gadget, so I hope no one has a reason to steal it or something

Have you gotten yours? I’m having the same issue, it says “departed a transfer airport in MURTALA MUHAMMED LAGOS, NIGERIA on the 19th of January”. But the post office says it hasn’t gotten to Nigeria yet

The item is currently in transit to the destination.'' When I called NAHCO the man I talked to said it has not arrived that the USPS site is updated by USPS that until it tracks on nipost that's when it has arrived.
