Please who has anyone applied to Northampton University for MSC and got offer,How long did it before they gave the offer?

Applied early May and they responded to me early June (about 3 weeks plus) to advise some docs. I didn’t have my official cert then, so I advised later this June. I called them and they said they’ll send an offer mid next week so I’m waiting.

In as much as we are in a hurry for September intake, we need to take some precautions. There are rules guiding this student visa. The timing is very important because each documents has it's own time.TB,pof, Cas. The Proof of fund is supposed to have settled for at least 28 days before your visa application. You cannot do your biometric without a visa application and you cannot do a visa application without meeting the proof of fund of 28days first, Any variance to this or you applied before pof is 28days is an automatic refusal. Same way lots of people were booking TB in april for sept/oct intake so earlier enough that the CAS was not out, they needed to then change the university. It should be one thing at a time, we won't waste resources ooo.
All these rushings are not required if one seized his time and plans ahead. Jan intake start now, sort schools and admission unconditional offer first, make your payment deposit for CAS, then TB, 28days can begin once others are complete, then apply after 28days within full 31 days of maturity of pof, I hate fire brigade approach, Check which one do you want to apply early, sept, Jan, may. You start on time. (My opinion)

Start applying to other schools, check Uni Of Northampton. I applied to BCU mid May and I haven’t heard pim from them even after sending mails.

Good morning house,I just got my degree certificate, on it just my name and surname was written, my second name was not written, like Just Okonkwo Christian,but on all other documents, all my 3names are written, like Okonkwo Christian ikechukwu. My question is hope it won't be a problem during visa application, if I am to upload it. Secondly, the way the CHRISTIAN was written on it, like a kind of design, makes it difficult to recognize it's Christian. I don't know if this would be a problem too

Get an attestation from your uni saying you’re the same person with the different name arrangements, also an affidavit just in case, as some schools don’t accept affidavit.

Personally, I feel visa application is as official as it gets, I wouldn’t use my unofficial transcript for such. I used my unofficial transcript for application, but working on getting my official copy through the means someone explained earlier. Besides, you need to have your official transcripts if you’re planning on leaving the country in case of necessity.

While you check for schools to still apply for Sept ‘21, start applying for Jan ‘22 now to avoid stories that touch. My 2 cents.

Guys please help! My Passport doesn’t include my middle name but my other docs have it included (ie first, middle and surname). I’m stupid I know, but the passport agent told me it won’t matter as it’s my middle name and I stupidly listened (we all make mistakes )

Hiya! In terms of correspondence, Coventry can be slow but give them 3-5 weeks especially because you’re for January 2022. You can call them if you’re don’t hear back in 3/4 weeks.

I fell for this scam just yesterday, 10/7/2019 i lost 210k. The call was from someone who posed as a family friend, i had an occasion at home where i met a lot of people/ relatives this guy knew my name, my address and my father’s name and sounded like someone i knew which made me believe this person.

Its a long story but to cut it short; after getting the product sample to present to the fictitious buyer on my way i then cared to look it up on google and the first thing on the search result was from nairaland and how the spn 1.8 product has been used to finesse people.

We live and learn guys, don’t be on the receiving end like me. Yes we all must have heard somewhat similar stories that have changed people’s lives for real; endeavour to check, check and double check and if possible bring in someone to weigh in on anything out of the blue or too good to be true.

If you have to pick up any parcel, they direct you to the nipost hq at Sapon here in Abeokuta.which is where I have been receiving my other parcels since I relocated here 2 months ago. I made an order on AliExpress on the 20th of December 2018, eventually the parcel arrived on the 18th of January. I got a call to come pick up my parcel at the Abeokuta post office which I used as the shipping address. It’s given 3 receivable slips to sign on, after signing the woman comes out with only 2 parcels and tells me she is looking for the 3rd one and she would call me later. A week passed and I didn’t get any call. I went back there again only for the woman to tell me that I had already signed receipt for another parcel on that receival slip she gave me, that atimes slips gets missing and they issue new slips. It’s going to 2 months now. I called another post office friend in another state and he told me to open a dispute, I have and AliExpress is not willing to issue a refund. The product is quite expensive. I really don’t know what to do, I am very certain my parcel arrived at that post office since the 18th of January. Is there anything I can do?

Your order is definitely at the nearest post office. Tell them you went to NIPOST HQ, and they said it’s there and they should search for it. Tell them Nipost said it was delivered to them in January.
