A refinery is not an industry that will be getting raw materials in smal quantity.
DRL requires a feedstock of 6m barrels to produce.
Supplying him 380k bpd only means he wont even have anything in his feedstock which means DRL will still need to import crude.

What he needs is 6m
Starting from oct 1st they wanna be dropping 380k bpd, even pepper seller dont restock daily.

You can that the last crude DRL bought from Brazil was about 20m barrels

More importantly the statement reads from October 15 meaning he still have enough stock to sustain it till the prearranged date more importantly the NNPC supply arrangement is not a one off thing.

The concern should be the pricing which is still shrouded in secrecy.

Yes his capacity is 600k but he needs a feed stock of 6m barrels.
How many 350bpd will give him the feedstock.
Because going by this 350k bpd he would have to still import crude because he needs 6m barrels in the feedstock for him to produce.
