The quality of a government does not lie in how many infrastructures built but in how financially prudent the government is in building the infrastructures. Officially a product is suposed to pass through NAFDAC for approval before getting into the market. Even companies outside the country who send in their products know they have to go through the authorities before hitting the market.
So no this is not a campaign against him. As a matter of fact NAFDAC is suposed to drag his ass to court because he went about telling his congregation that the products were NAFDAC approved
