I see a lot of branded cars around Lagos and I will love to know the cost and necessary documents needed to drive a branded car in Lagos.

Apart from Lasaa is there a need for any other document (s)

Vehicle Branding (Wrapping) is one of the many ways to promote (market) your business.
The document needed is only the LASAA permit which you can obtain at LASAA office at Alausa (Eleganza Complex, opposite 7Up or at any LASAA offices in your LGA/LCDA for those that are in Lagos. Many other State government have also established and embraced Signages and Advert Agencies for revenue generation.

The charges vary based on the type, size of branding. For example the rate for putting a logo on your car doors alone is cheaper than fully wrapping (branding) the car.

To save your time, you can tell the person branding your car to also do the document.

1. The LAGBUSes are cheaper compared to the small yellow buses fares and Blue BRT. The rate of those that are seated is different from those that stands. Even sometimes you can even board it for free at nights. Ask people living in Ikorodu area.

2. LAGBUSes are safer for Lagosians even at night. I have never heard of 'One Chance' case about LAGBUSes. People have the confidence boarding these buses unlike the yellow buses.

3. LAGBUSes created job opportunities for both male and female, young and old. The Government would promise job yet they would not provide. Why not allow those that can create to fester in it? Government cannot provide all the jobs.

4. LAGBUSes are Faster when allowed to ply the BRT routes. Ask many passengers that are in a hurry, they always prefer them to BRT because their drivers (Pilot) are very swift.

5. LAGBUSes paid royalty to the Government therefore they contributed to the Internal Generated Revenue of the Government.

6. LAGBUSes help showcases advertisement of products and services by branding the vehicles and the LASAA are also getting funds through this form of Advertisement.

7. Most of the LAGBUSes does not have the small TV inside of them unlike the Blue BRT that disturb passengers with so much loud sound and forced some Screen Media to our faces.

8. LAGBUSes ticketer always give you your balance (change) completely unlike the blue BRT Ticketers that would hold on to your Ten Naira (N10) change always.

9. LAGBUSes provides alternative for commuters. One can choose if to board the Red, Blue or Yellow buses.
