Hello Mr. Lawyer. I salute you.
I have a Family Reciept, a Survey Receipt and a Survey Plan.
I got these 3 from my late father.
Are these 3 enough as claim of a land?
I will like to know because some other people are claiming that the land belong to their mother without documents to show.

This is a very good thread. One need to think creatively to give answers to your question. I agree that it is difficult to know what value you are putting into a relationship because most of the things we do are just like norms in a union.

However, I will try and give at least one;
1. I helped her to google answers to most of her assignments when she was doing her NCE programme, with that she was Overall Best Graduating Student of her set. Then I feel so good that I contributed to her Success.

2. I gave her security that no matter what, I will always love her.

3. ........... I don't know jooooorr. But she will be the best person to know the value I've added to her life.

And as for her, she helped me by convincing me to return to the University and she also helped by bringing down my arrogance and converted me to a humble person.
Thirdly, she gave me a sense of belonging at least I know that during tick and thin; I am not alone.

I have asked myself this question so many times but could not get answer to it. I observed that sometimes that I yawn, people around also did the same at the same time.

If you are a prospect student, please make sure you are studying for entrance exams and also start saving some money.

Admission is strictly on Merit, no shortcut.

I've been in this kind of fix before. then, I needed to pay my school fees and my house rent had expired, though a month.

It was like a hell on earth becuase many people were aware that I gained admission, to later tell them am no longer admitted would be shameful.

However, my advice to you is to erase the mindset that you are broke. What you need yo put to remembrance are those things you've done in the past that makes you feel like a successful person. What are those feats you've achieved in the past that each time you remember you feel like a Superman.

All these are those things that will instill confidence in you and lead you back to path of success. Remember, as a man thinketh so he is...

You may need to forget about money at this point in time, put your energy in things that gives you happiness and I bet you money will come. Try and help others with their problems and I bet you help will come your way.
