any one that fits with category A, B or O . you might search the trend for what bankers use. check the last few pages lots of bankers posted job description and got responses. Also read the first page plenty info that can help u. I think the fit between the description and your duties should be about 70 percent . ijomaSN: please what NOc do I use? |

changing your noc would make all the diff. Have you tried using the crs tool yet? I believe your partner might need to do ECA or even ielts to boost your scores ijomaSN: family of 3. My, my spouse and my kid. We are bringing 23,500.

Una well done. |

i said likely, most ppl i know with that noc got a nomination; as its an occupation in demand for most provinces. there was even some one a few pages back that his wife got nominated with a 410 score or there about. Godisincontrol: From where did you get this inference? |

pls tell your friend to read page Estac: That criteria is a criteria for you to secure a job in that NOC IN CANADA. My friend, as of now, has no intention to be a teacher in Canada. She wants to further her education as PR. |

plus pay slips that would act as evidence that she works there. mom can also get HR or head of school to sign the letter if she's worried about it but its not a problem if u ask me Estac: Thanks. 6 months is a long time though. She is ready to dive into the pool. Will explore the salary in cash option |

489 without evaluating his scores is a good score o.. is he the PA?? I think its alot faster to evaluate the msc thou esp if time is not on your side. you can do both at the same time whilst u enter the pool with msc cc @junebaby |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by exquisef: 6:36pm On Aug 18, 2018 |
so basically paid in cash ? can she collect salary going forward and run her account for six months? option 1 pay in cash: option 2 run her account. they r both doable. I don't think her mom signing it is an issue sha. she needs evidence that she works there mayb pay slips might help in this case.. as for pof a simple gift deed would sort that out. Estac: She doesn't collect monthly salary like other teachers in the school. However, her ielts for example, was paid for by her parents. Likewise her ECA. If she needs money for something, she can ask her parents and they give her what they can. |

Jasmine17: Her ego will not allow it. She has tried severally to bring me down just to get me to beg.
Anyway, thanks wrong move. I think legally separated is the best option he can explore; or just talk/beg her cos divorce sef she might not sign. iaatmguy: think you should fast track your divorce documents or better still apply as a single/never married. IMO |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by exquisef: 11:46am On Aug 18, 2018 |
There's an option for legally separated, you might want to talk to lawyers and see if that would work, esp since you've been separated for a while. a friend is exploring that option but not finalised yet . on the other hand the unaccompany without spouse option if you can talk her into a day of medicals and pcc. Jasmine17: Thanks bro. You really covered alot because i was thinking of that affidavit.
I didnt want to open a divorce proceeding yet because i foresee the individual coming to her senses in the future and i wanted to take her back when that happens.
But guess i have to take the divorce route. Only the time it would take might be an issue.
Secondly, would evidence of an ongoing divorce proceeding serve? |

Thanks for this i didn't have any legal backing to my comment on this but they told me to go and research further. if his friend requests from the UK I'm pretty sure he might get deported as this might cause them to do a search on him. He should decide on what's best for him. mcstan18: In the US, unlawful presence itself, such as overstaying a visa, is not a criminal offense, but only a civil ground of inadmissibility. However, in the UK where your friend currently resides, overstaying one's visa is a criminal offence at any time and it is crucial for "overstayers" to seek immediate legal advice. There are serious consequences for overstaying your visa in the UK.
Since this is the case, your friend's UK-PCC might likely return unfavorable especially now that his overstay stretches back to 3 long years. I am not certain about this but from what the UK law says, he could likely have questions to answer with the home office and maybe the police. |
