My support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu is not because he has done more than his predecessors, nor because I consider him exceptionally different from other politicians. Rather, it is because he understands the game of politics and knows how to manage his critics.

One of the strategies he appears to use is simple but powerful: turn critics into allies. Some individuals who once publicly criticized him are now holding political offices. As a result, the same people who once condemned him now find themselves struggling to defend what they previously attacked. In some cases, they even deny making the allegations they once expressed so strongly (typical example the Bwala Vs Mehdi aljazeera's interview).

This situation reveals something deeper about our society. It suggests that Nigeria’s problems may not come only from the presidency or political leadership. It also reflects a problem of mindset.

A country cannot develop beyond the mindset of its people. If individuals cannot stand by the truth and maintain it, and if money or power can easily make people compromise their principles, then real change becomes difficult. No matter how much we complain or pray for a better country, nothing will truly change until we change the way we think and act.

Sometimes we must also ask ourselves an uncomfortable question: if many of us who criticize the government today were given the same opportunity and power, would we act differently? Many people might end up doing exactly the same things they currently condemn.

Real transformation in Nigeria will only happen when both leadership and citizens develop stronger values, integrity, and accountability.

One of the most damaging mindsets in any society is the belief that the government exists to solve every personal problem. When individuals begin to think that their survival, progress, and happiness depend entirely on the government, they unknowingly surrender their own agency.

Government was never designed to replace individual responsibility. It is a human institution created to organize society, maintain order, and provide basic public structures such as security, law, and infrastructure. But it was never meant to carry the full burden of every citizen’s life.

Yet today, many people blame the government for almost every unfortunate circumstance they experience—even when those circumstances are the direct consequences of their own decisions or lack of initiative.

A simple question must be asked:
What personal effort have you made to improve your own situation or contribute to the economy?

It is unrealistic to expect the government to:

provide every job,

feed every citizen,

build every personal facility,

or solve every individual hardship.

If this mindset continues, some people would eventually expect the government to manage every aspect of their lives—from employment to family responsibilities.

History shows that progress in societies rarely comes from passive dependence. It comes from individuals who take initiative, create value, develop skills, and identify opportunities, even when systems are imperfect.

The truth is simple:
No government can rescue a population that refuses to take responsibility for its own development.

This does not mean government has no role. Good governance is important. But a nation cannot thrive if its citizens believe their destiny lies entirely in the hands of political leaders.

True progress begins when individuals recognize that their greatest asset is their own capacity to think, act, build, and adapt.

Instead of waiting endlessly for external solutions, people must begin to cultivate independence of thought and action. When citizens take responsibility for their own productivity and innovation, they not only improve their personal lives but also strengthen the economy and society as a whole.

Ultimately, the question each person must answer is this:

Are you waiting to be rescued, or are you preparing to build your own path forward?

In my view, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is one of the most strategic political minds in the game. He understands politics deeply and knows how to play it effectively. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to turn critics and opponents into allies. Interestingly, some of those who once tried to damage his reputation eventually become defenders of the very image they once attacked. Because of this level of political intelligence and strategy, I support him and will continue to support him.

I've been having sleepless nights for over a year now. Back and forth with doctors and sleeping meds.

I'd sleep around 10 or 11pm and be up 2am or 3am, wide awake like I wasn't just sleeping, unable to sleep back. I noticed recently that my heart rate would be high when I wake.

I'm this close to quitting my job because of insomia.

Hello House,

Just as the title indicates, I created this topic to discuss about mining of various types of stones , here in Nigeria, for import and local use.
We all are ware thatany of these stones (look like rocks) have various mineral components in them, which are highly sorted after globally.

Lithium is one of the vital minerals that are often sourced from these rocks/stones.

Kogi, Kwara, FCT, Niger States, are one of the major States to find some of these stones. Other areas in the north too, have them. Down south isn't left out.

I know foreigners who are interested in buying these stones, as long as they have been tested to have the minerals they require. Lithium is a must-have.

So, I also have a laboratory here that does testing, just Incase you have your own stones to test. Of course, you pay a fee. I have Chinese geologists who carry out these test and give the results in a matter of hours.

I need lepidolite. If any one has it with a 6-7% high grade, they can contact me so as to reach a deal between them and the interested buyers.
