good morning house, please i need ur advice on this issue, My Dad did this skilled worker lottery to canada in 2011, He deid 2 weeks before his scores came out, he scored 65 instead of 67, ie he did nt qualify. So house please i would like to know what to do as regards to refund, i would like to know if they would refund my dad's money to us if we tell them he died 2 weeks b4 he received his scores. House note my dad paid money for himself, my mum, and his 4 children. Also i would like to know if my mum can continue with the application as in reapply or they just refund our money to us. THANKS HOUSE
