Congrats. You mean call for medicals is guaranteed at this point? I was thinking only the best candidates of those that I've made it through the PI would be called for medicals. More like there would still be some type of screening.

KPMG do Recruit about 70 entry level candidates for September batch. so I think they have to get more than that amount of people before doing another screening at benchmark level.
If you go through other threads, you'll discover that no one that has gotten to this level has ever been dropped.
I stand to be corrected.

I just got a mail last Thursday that I've been benchmarked. I think we would be contacted after they've gotten enough people for September. so, I'm relaxing till late August for medicals

He won't even be allowed to write the test at all. Kpmg's document screening is intense. They will send him back because having a credit in maths is a clear precondition to writing their test. He should better avoid the embarrassment of being turned back at the venue.

my humble advice to you is to forget about KPMG because audit is all about crunching data, hence they're interested in your maths(which tells your analytical strength). I'll advice you to write it on two conditions
1. you writing to get a feel on how their apt test looks like
2. You reside in lagos so as not to incur much expenses

Good evening forumites, I just finished reading Robert Kiyosaki's rich dad and poor dad and I realized that I've been financially illiterate all these while. I was really impressed to come across this topic. Please I want to know the procedures involved in buying treasury bills cos I have dormant cash in bank. I would also love to know if the 10% interest on 91days is calculated per month or just 10% for the whole three months.

The critical reasoning is very simple, so no need to prepare on that. The crux of ac is the one minute presentation, work on that. Secondly is the panel interview. you have to impress them and the last but not the least is the group task. you have to prove to them that you're a team player. All the best Bro

Great presentation by both parties. would have loved to contribute but the debate is over. nevertheless, I believe that post utme is a quality control to ascertain if students really merited their score. Its more transparent because the supervision is done right under the nose of competent supervisors unlike utme that many students run to the Creek to take because the supervisors can easily be influenced.

You are good to go,though i am still awaiting the outcome of my P.I...confidence and speech articulation is the key.Expect the why the firm and dept question,also expect drilling on your course of study and final year project.All the best .

1. show enthusiasm... a lot of it....use stories to show this by letting the partner know how much you can give to get a thing done and still maintain your positive attitude.
this is extremely important because the work will be demanding and would require you to be at your best always.
2. show interest and passion for the chosen unit (tax or audit) and have a SOLID reason for your conviction.
3. know your CV back to back.
transcript and project should also be fresh on your mind just in case.
4. smile....smile....and keep smiling
5. ask relevant open ended questions......and listen attentively while they answer.
my advise is to have at least 2. one job related and one that you think he/she will be interested to talk about.
( have a background knowledge of the profile of the partners in your unit and it will help a great deal)
6. ask God for favour.
7. come back with a testimony.

Alright bro, wish you the best & thanks again for the tips on acing the assessment centre. I had my partner interview already, and I received a congratulatory mail stating I'll be benchmarked against other successful applicants.
You shouldn't have any problems. Just be confident, eloquent & assertive with your answers. For me, it wasn't any different from the interview during AC.

Critical reasoning is basically shapes....plssssssssssssssss learn how to rotate objects in the X and Y axis, 90deg etc and also learn how to perform operations that changes shapes. Also be confident and before the interview try to discuss with other ppl....laugh if someone says something funny it eases the tension believe me...thats B4 interview sha....drink tea, eat biskits and be ur sef....confidence matters

I applied with my chemistry degrees and did the online assessment. 31 of which were values fit assessment, a few of Numericals and a significant amount of verbal reasoning.
I successfully passed the online assessment after about 1hr of battling with questions. I was also informed that they would still need to review my application and contact me as soon as they can continue with me. I'm really hopeful
