Depends on which part of the Cold War you are talking about.

If its during the early stages right after WWII and around the Korean War period, I would say Soviet Union and its Communist allies, simply because of their advantage in numbers.

But if its in the later periods around the 80s then most likely it will be NATO, due to superior technology and lack of widespread corruption, and also the USSR had lost its most important ally, China.

I paid for VPS hosing with http://www.vbhostnet.com and after 2 days I did not receive my server, I opened a ticket requesting for my server and they had the guts to tell me that the package I ordered is no longer on sale that I should Pay more for a higher package.

I requested for a refund and since then they have bluntly refused to refund me or reply my messages.

Who else has had similar experience? please share.
