True, I really didn't do so here but I had reached out widely, including to classmates in Germany.
Regarding the status, nothing has changed after my post

I thought there was something more hurtful until this one happened!

Waited for a year plus to get appointment date.

While doing so, I made contacts of potential sponsors, got promises of "we really looking for someone". Other times, the people I got went to the "RAT" house and were disapproved.
AD came and to hold on 9th of August. Had made all humanly possible contacts to raise money for block account to no avail. Even got one person in Germany who said he will block it but someone in Germany with landed property must sign collateral and with 100€ interest on every 1000€.
No one I know can take such risk of signing for me. I'm not someone who usually gets defeated but at a point like this, I clearly see what defeat is.

Now, I'm left with the highest confusion in my head. How do people survive this kind of adversity?

I question myself and lack answers...

Should I write email for rescheduling, on what grounds is that? If I have a ground, can I meet up with blocking account should they give me two weeks notice again?

Should I cancel an already given appointment? what effect will that have on my passport number? So, I have extra one year to wait again? Or will they even trash my application and put me in a distant position for throwing such opportunity?

Should I just request for exmatriculation from my school and, rest for some time and start application to other countries?

I do not know your exact situation and I cannot give any guarantees. But if you habe already already ady have partial block account confirmation and your interview is close, I'd say you should go for the interview. This is based on the experience of a few people that I am aware of (they initiated block account transfer before the interview date but hadn't gotten a confirmation by the date of their interview). Tell them you have initiated transfer for the balance but you're still awaiting confirmation.

They will either interview you and withhold your visa till you provide proof of full funding or they'll ask you to contact when you have this proof, so they can issue a fresh interview date at short notice.

If one pays some amount into block account and uses that in place of full block account confirmation documents, will the person be allowed into the visa section at least to be considered on the condition that the person completes the money in a given time? This is a rare case but I wish to know if this has ever been the case and the applicant succeeded it, especially in the recent time.

You will wait. If your school can allow you to start online class, do so while waiting. Usually, schools that allow online classes also require you pay semester fees (for free tuition Universities).
Waiting period for category B visa applicants is "over a year"

Just send an email to the embassy and tell them to please reschedule your appointment , they’ll surely do. They’ll tell you to inform them when you’re ready so they can book another appointment for you. But please don’t cancel it and wait for the embassy’s response after you send them an email to reschedule. With that you can have enough time to prepare and block your account. ✌️

Thanks bro for the heads up! Although my course is free, for me to prepare for the worse, is it possible i go head with studying for the course online while waiting for my appointment ?

My course and University is also tuition free but semester fee is compulsory. Check your school as well. Many free Universities in Germany require you to pay semester fees... it's kind of compulsory.


Be in regular contact with your school, don't assume anything. Make enquiries.

Wow! Over a year!!! What happens to my admission

I also got admissions in May last year. I enrolled and started following classes online. I was also paying semester fees accordingly, prayeing and waiting for embassy.
One of my classmates in category B did get appointment within two months of booking appointment but then it's 1/100 chance. You can be that 1.

Stay hopeful and patient while you do the needful.

Each applicant must have a separate booking / registration. Each applicant including minor children needs an appointment.

Ok, you re to wait for the appointment date.

If you re category B, the waiting period is over a year...grace can alter it but it's not guaranteed.
