EFCC brought Corrupt Cases to the Judge, I think Judge Mustapha. He said these are Theft Cases. Which shows, the Cases EFCC considered Corruption were also theft.

You can not commit a financial crime without Theft. That is what the Judge was saying. He did not say the cases were not corruption cases.
