Bro can I get schools in Germany that doesn't need English Test from English Speaking countries like Nigeria?

I want to Know if you are applying thru uni-assist for two or more different schools will you pay the processing fee for the three schools each or one payment for all, also I wish to know if it's possible to send document before the university application starts.

I have not seen someone given Visa (Student) without medicals. If it is Open Work Permit, then it is possible to get Visa without medicals.
