Family10 Underrated Things That Are Essential For Couples To Be Happy by ezeonline2(op): 12:39pm On Jan 09, 2014
1. Go to bed at the same time
Remember the beginning of your relationship, when you couldn’t wait to go to bed with each other to make love? Happy couples resist the temptation to go to bed at different times. They go to bed at the same time, even if one partner wakes up later to do things while their partner sleeps. And when their skins touch it still causes each of them to tingle and unless one or both are completely exhausted to feel sexually excited.

2. Cultivate common interests
After the passion settles down, it’s common to realize that you have few interests in common. But don’t minimize the importance of activities you can do together that you both enjoy. If common interests are not present, happy couples develop them. At the same time, be sure to cultivate interests of your own; this will make you more interesting to your mate and prevent you from appearing too dependent.

3. Walk hand in hand or side by side
Rather than one partner lagging or dragging behind the other, happy couples walk comfortably hand in hand or side by side. They know it’s more important to be with their partner than to see the sights along the way.

4. Make trust and forgiveness your default mode
If and when they have a disagreement or argument, and if they can’t resolve it, happy couples default to trusting and forgiving rather than distrusting and begrudging.

5. Focus more on what your partner does right than what he or she does wrong
If you look for things your partner does wrong, you can always find something. If you look for what he or she does right, you can always find something, too. It all depends on what you want to look for. Happy couples accentuate the positive.

6. Hug each other as soon as you see each other after work
Our skin has a memory of “good touch” (loved), “bad touch” (abused) and “no touch” (neglected). Couples who say hello with a hug keep their skin bathed in the “good touch,” which can inoculate your spirit against anonymity in the world.

7. Say “I love you” and “Have a good day” every morning
This is a great way to buy some patience and tolerance as each partner sets out each day to battle traffic jams, long lines and other annoyances.

8. Say “Good night” every night, regardless of how you feel
This tells your partner that, regardless of how upset you are with him or her, you still want to be in the relationship. It says that what you and your partner have is bigger than any single upsetting incident.

9. Do a “weather” check during the day
Call your partner at home or at work to see how his or her day is going. This is a great way to adjust expectations so that you’re more in sync when you connect after work. For instance, if your partner is having an awful day, it might be unreasonable to expect him or her to be enthusiastic about something good that happened to you.

10. Be proud to be seen with your partner
Happy couples are pleased to be seen together and are often in some kind of affectionate contact — hand on hand or hand on shoulder or knee or back of neck. They are not showing off but rather just saying that they belong with each other.

Happy couples have different habits than unhappy couples. A habit is a discrete behavior that you do automatically and that takes little effort to maintain. It takes 21 days of daily repetition of a new a behavior to become a habit. So select one of the behaviors in the list above to do for 21 days and voila, it will become a habit…and make you happier as a couple. And if you fall off the wagon, don’t despair, just apologize to your partner, ask their forgiveness and recommit yourself to getting back in the habit.

RomanceBigger Is Better: 6 Reasons To Date A Guy With A Big Nose by ezeonline2(op):
Here’s why you need a nasally-gifted guy!
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said “Wow, he’s cute” to friends and gotten the response, “Yeah, but he has a big nose.” What? Isn’t that the best part?

I can’t tell you exactly why, but something about a big nose always makes me think they have a great personality — funny, strong, full of life. How Could it not signify something? It’s the most prominent feature on your face.

Why should your next boyfriend have a large nose? Let us count the ways.

1. He Has More Muscle
My, what a big nose you have! Well, a recent study revealed it’s so that they can support you better, my dear. Turns out, guys have bigger noses than ladies because they need more oxygen to maintain their muscle-y bods. Yep, you can thank that honker for his six-pack and killer biceps. Take all the oxygen you want, boys.

2. He’s Thought To Be Wise and Powerful
What do Adrien Brody, Marlon Brando and Bradley Cooper all have in common? Well, according to Egyptian priests, had they known of these big-nosed hunks, they’d be considered incredibly intelligent. In Greek and Roman times, a big, long nose also meant power and strength. Win, win, win.

3. He Has Better Luck With Money
Smack in the center of his face, the nose is the money spot — literally. According to Chinese face reading, also known as physiognomy, a person with a big nose has better luck with money. And, this large-nosed fella can expect an increase in riches as they get older.

And, it’s not just physiognomy that associates big noses with a big wallet. Experts in the UK looked at the features of the most successful people and came up with the ideal facial model for those destined for business success: men with a Roman nose, along with wide set eyes and flared nostrils. Wealth certainly isn’t everything, but in any area of life, it certainly doesn’t hurt to be lucky.

4. He Won’t Get You Sick
And during flu season, that’s pretty hard to come by. It turns out, a big schnoz protects against bacteria, allergies and infections better. According to a study from the University of Iowa, people with big noses inhale almost seven percent fewer pollutants than smaller ones. Who knew your boyfriend could be your best barrier against the sniffles?

5. He Has A Strong s*x Drive
While there’s no proof that a big nose means a big package, big noses are linked to high testosterone and virility, according to research published in the journal Evolution and Human Behaviour. Manliness and a strong s*x drive? Yes, please.

6. Because Diane Keaton Says So!
And if you’ve ever wanted to be Annie Hall, listen up. The actress says it’s what stuck out when she first met former boyfriend Al Pacino on the set of The Godfather. Keaton writes in her memoir Then Again, “I remember his killer Roman nose sitting in the middle of what remains a remarkable face. It was too bad he wasn’t available, but neither was I.” And ladies, you’ve seen Pacino in the trilogy, right? DREAMBOAT.

All i see is someone in a hurry to have privacy to be Bleep pussy. take it slow bro you dont need to hurry. dont ever rent a single room you gonna regret it. Go for a flat when the time come insteand. I rented my first aparment with 250k the year 2008. Three bedroom flat and that was the rent fee. and i regreted it. Never rush in things having to do with start up a new private life and moving from your parent house. Wait a minute 500k can get you a land. And with 2m you can build 2bed room flat. When you start a life outside your parent its very difficult to plan future as monthly bis swallow up ur earnings. I made so many mistake in my past as i always rush in doing things, i dont take advice from any body and it land me inside pit. Buy now i would have gotting my own building but shame on me. so wise up bro.
food for thought
FamilyRe: He Wants To Set Up A Room With N250,000 by ezeonline2(op): 10:00pm On Jan 05, 2014
faakay: Ok let's say TV - 25 inch - 42 inch - 25 - 70k
Bed - 30k
Rough - 12k
Shelve - 10k
Home theatre - 20 - 40k
Iron - 2k
Fan - 3 - 10k
Kitchen utensils - 15k at max.

I would advise you to get atleast a room self contain. 1 room 1 kitchen 1 bath & toilet.
1 year let's say 100k

I think its not reasaonable to get 1 room and share toilets wit tenant and furnish d room everytin 250k.

If you have got high taste then you need to work on ur budget. You can still arrange ur room decently without much expenses. When u get more money u can upgrade.

I hope this helps.

My calculation is not accurate just a rough estimation.
you are so on point,I will look into it
FamilyRe: He Wants To Set Up A Room With N250,000 by ezeonline2(op): 9:58pm On Jan 05, 2014
Thanks a lot bro,God bless u.
DarryOsh: It depends on a number of things:

Are going to furnish the room from scratch or u already have a few things?
Perhaps you have few things from school. Or there are some extra stuffs u can take from home

What is your taste?

What state and area are we talking about. Getting a decent place in a decent area in, for example, Lagos would cost more than say Oyo.

How financially bouyant are you?
It makes no sense to furnish ur room beautifully and be unable to afford three decent meals, have some guests over once in a while and cater for some other basic stuffs. If your parents are not sending you away, no need to rush out only to come back asking for financial help. I understand you want to b a man. Great! But it is very important that you have a steady income that can maintain your lifestyle. Make sure you have a reasonable job. The reason why I hammered on the final poiny is that I imagine that your folks are speaking based on their judgement on the size of your pocket. I belive they wouldn't see the amount too much if they are very sure you can comfortably afford it.

Having said all that, I really don't think 250k is too much an amount to spend on getting a decent room. As long as you can comfortably afford it and you are not smashing your piggy bank to scrape the last coins.

I hope this helps.
