Our population section is unclear as well as the number of Igbos in the Diaspora. We should not include the Igbos that were taken during slavery, because they have been assimilated into wider black culture within the Caribbean and North America.

That is not true. Southern Cameroons is primarily made up of Ekoi and Efik. They have more in common with Eastern Nigeria than the rest of Cameroon.

Your vast knowledge of the different tribal groups stops at the River Niger.

Eastern Nigeria not only wants Bakassi back, we want Southern Cameroons back!

Cameroon should not mess with Eastern Nigeria. The region already has more people than the entire population of Cameroon.

I feel the pain of my Efik brothers in Cameroon. Not as an Igbo, but as someone who was born to an Ibibio mother from the Raffia city itself, Ikot Ekpene.

You have to understand that some Eastern Nigerians are praying for such a war, because it will lead to the disintegration of Nigeria. Nigeria is already on the brink of disintegration because of the acts of Boko Haram and the Islamicization of the North.

Everyone knows that Gowon made a deal with the Fulani president of Cameroon to cede Bakassi to Cameroon if they could help blockade Biafra.

This is not some myth. Ceding Bakassi to Cameroon was another insult to Eastern Nigeria.

I think you forget that the Niger Delta is filled with weapons. It is not like the Bakassi people have to go far in search for weapons. You can thank MEND and other militant groups that operate within that region.

I support the Bakassi movement. Nigeria better hope this does not spread. The Niger Delta is a very volatile region and if weapons spread to the East, you will have a large scale uprising.
