It is not good to laminate certificate......importantly ur Decree certificate,Bsc.Msc or Hnd. it will be rejected if u apply for international study and they request ur certificate for siting when u get there.........it will be assume that it has been altered. Another point why u need not laminate ur certificate is that......Think about when you do convocation in ur school...what do u tink is the reason behind the scroll given to u...Didi u think is for decoration? or for photography? ...
