If the all jouivla voted for Yvonne like they did the last time jouivla was up, then they would even top both Kanaga and Khosi cos even with an alliance from blue and miracle, both couldn't get up to 25% each the last time six were up.

^^^^^Just a little detail I noticed in this supposed result that may or may not lend to its credibility: there are two Nigerian housemates in the top four and two in the bottom. Ditto for South African housemates.
BB production may have wanted a fair result to emerge from this week's polls such that it balances out the number of housemates from both countries. So IF this result is true, it makes sense that 2 or 4 housemates will be going home.

better don't write Yvonne has the third yet, the last eviction she had 15.43% while the two also shared 15% each, the top 3 had 55% consisting of royals, Kanaiva, and Miracle. None of them even had 25%.
With Olivia gone at least 60% of Juivola will vote for her, and some others too that alone can give her 25%. Don't be too sure. The winner this season might be tricky .

You underestimate the fact that Yvonne is really cool and unproblematic, caring and graceful with Juju Baby, had a calm ship, had a loyal bond with her sismance- no competition, no backstabbing… real and not in any way doctored, or contrived, or sanctimonious. I forget, and real fun at the Saturday parties. Expressive and honest in the DR too

Actually you underestimate Blue Aiva. The online presence of her fanbase has grown exponentially and shows no sign of slowing down. I see her pulling a surprise at the polls on Sunday.
Also, you greatly underestimate Thabang. Unlike Yemi, he was lucky to escape the pairing season with a featherweight partner. We'll see his true strengths at the polls this Sunday.
Yvonne is strong. She could possibly come 3rd but I don't believe it would be that easy.

It seems you're one of those fans who have been misled either by the results shown during the pairing season, or by Nairaland hype.
...As for Thabang, he may not be 3rd but the lowest he'll go on the polls is 5th. He's much stronger than you give him credit for.
As for Tsatsii, she'll most likely show up in the bottom four, Royals finishing 2nd last week was a fluke. We know why it happened. It won't repeat itself.
As for Miracle OP, see my previous post. He's the only wildcard on the polls.

Those seem like the most likely positions, yes. Nevertheless, we'll find out on Sunday.

So I've been busy on social media (FB, Twitter, IG and various WhatsApp groups), and basically I've been putting two and two together since the polls started, so this is my rough prediction of what the results of this week's polls are going to look like. Take it with a grain of salt.

There's no scientific evidence to back that claim, and it doesn't even make sense the way its constructed. There are hundreds of known, potentially life-supporting planets in our galaxy alone, and the number of galaxies in the observable universe is estimated to be in the trillions. So why would we limit the viable time period of a random event to the lifespan of one planet?

On top of that, we're talking about an event that would be heavily dependent on environmental conditions, and it's not known what environmental conditions were present during the initial abiogenesis event. That alone is a good indication that the claim doesn't come from any reputable scientist. It makes claims of impossibility using information that isn't known.

Even if all of that checked out, though, the premise would only work if evolution were a linear, non-cumulative process, and that's not how evolution works, even where amino acids are concerned. Now, in fairness that part depends on which specific creationist claim your referring to here, but the complete misrepresentation of the actual principles they're claiming to describe is a feature of most of them.

The chances of multi-celluar beings decrease the total chance even more, and even then, why does life need consciousness? Why does it need to reproduce? Consciousness would be so hard to develop and it is probably outside us anyway. There is also the possibility of gamma-rays, an asteroid or comet will hit the planet, or other cosmic disasters. What about the fermi paradox? If life evolved here it would have to be able evolve in other places, unless we need a god to create life.

How can proteins reproduce, and you realize the amount of failed attempts for amino acids evolving would take more than Earth's life to become stable. What are the chances that a cell will come together and have a reproduction system, ATP energy system, and a way to move them out.

I have no great excitement for any of the future announced Marvel movies at the moment. There a couple I am interested in seeing....but the thrill is gone for me. While I liked INFINITY WAR and ENDGAME.....I saw no reason to kill off characters because some actor's contracts were up. I have watched multiple actors play James Bond, Tarzan, Superman, Batman, etc......I could have watched a new actor play Iron Man or Captain America. ENDGAME was an ending. My set of MCU films from IRON MAN to ENDGAME make a grand set and series that I will continue to re-watch when ever I can. Yes, I know that SPIDER-MAN FAR FROM HOME came after ENDGAME....but it seems (to me) to be the start of the new stuff and doesn't fit in with the other movies. I will watch future MCU films as they are released....but I will not be waiting on the edge of my seat for them like I did all the others.

Has anyone got any good suggestions for MCU information sources on either youtube elsewhere?

EVERY time i look for recent updates on youtube, I'm swamped with FAKE "announcements" that have headlines which are DELIBERATELY misleading, and sometimes amount to just an outright LIE.

...I would suggest people NEVER take their headlines literally or expect the substance of the content to match what it's headed with to draw hits.

I find the likes of Jeremy Conrad at MCUCosmic exercise responsible journalistic practice when it comes to the content matching the headline and the substance of the information not just being unsubstantiated speculation.
Where would people suggest i look for a quality of reporting closer to what I've found from MCUCosmic and less akin to the tactics of these hit-hungry youtubers?

Yea, I find it hard to get up in arms about RDJ being "snubbed", partly because an acting Oscar nomination for an Avengers movie was never going to happen anyway, partly because, while he was good (his "I.....am......Iron Man" gives me chills), it didn't especially jump out at me as "it'll be a travesty if this doesn't get an Oscar nomination"-tier performance.

Sure could be. DD and JJ are the most interesting to me from the Netflix series and, while they don't have the same level of power as the others, I really hope there's a slot for them in the greater MCU (keep Charlie and Krysten please)

For the people worried about the sitcom aspect of WandaVision, here's a recreation of the sizzle reel from D23 that sets the tone. The sitcom part honestly just helps give that feeling of dread that was often present in Tom King's The Vision imo. There's something about sitcoms that make them feel very artificial in a way, so I'm guessing they're using that to their advantage.

They can buy IP or create it (or aggregate it for a percentage).


Again, streaming isn't a neccessity for either company, two of the four biggest in the world.


Crackle is rather insignificant in the streaming space compared to other platforms and Sony has a minority stake.

Apple TV+ looks like garbage though. For all their resources, they have 7 shows and that is it. Its not like its HBO level content either.

I think some these tech companies would need to buy a smaller player, like Lionsgate or CBS/Viacom to be relevant in the streaming era.
